Leaving 2 reviews because my experience differed greatly between the 3 staff I encountered. This one star is for Sonia, the branch's Small Business Consultant. Sloppy, careless and disintered are the words I'd use to describe her demeanor. I have never experienced worse customer care at any type of establishment....and this is a bank....MY bank branch for nearly 20 years! I'm not a millionaire but my money matters and my experience with her brought me close to closing out my accounts with BofA. Let her "service" enough people like me in the way she does and the bank would lose millions in business in short order. She needs training, both for her line of work (she seemed to know little and needed back-up at every turn), and for her customer service etiquette. I get it, folks need jobs and companies need to be able to hire quickly & with minimal onboarding time....but a hire (or promotion) like this will hurt you. She's a very poor performing employee.

Very, very, very slow, asked teller to deposit to loan principal only, she made regular loan payment. Only 1 teller, long lines, they try to divert you to ATM

It’s as if all the phone lines in the bank are cut. Overtired calling them a hundred times and NO answer. So I went to the bank. Then called the same bank. No phones rang. I’m going to close my account just because of this specific branch’s horrible service.

I had a very bad experience with this boa branch. All I want is to see a banker in this branch and the front lady keeps telling me that she is a banker and she definitely help me nothing about it so pretty sucks experiencing this location. Trust me, if I could give them zero star I will.

I really want google should give us zero or negative star option i would like to give negative star as many as you want. Today is second time i have bad experience regarding mortgage deposit, the tellers don't understand simple language. Usually i go to williston park location i told them this much amount in this a/c and rest of amount in other a/c they always give one answer always "ok". But in this location they ask million questions . Please provide them good quality of the training. Please don't think you got one star that's zero because there is no option of zero.

My mom went into deposit some checks into my business account and was spoken very rudely by the teller, Sajid. He told her "no can will help you here, ok bye". When she spoke to the manager, Hubie or something, he did nothing about it. Sajid even went up to him when he was helping her, and told him, not to help her. He was even laughing at her face. I can't believe a bank would hire such a person.

Very very rude,. I found all of BoA branches to be very rude and misleading, lying about the encounter when confronted with their lies........Stay away from BoAespecially this branchEspecially Judy who wouldn't give me her last name or card.....

The door to the ATM, during off hours, rarely functions properly. I have encountered this issue many times over the past few YEARS! You're BOA, pull yourselves together already!!!

Extremely rude. the lady teller on the window where we complete the deposits her name is MANJU is immensely ill-mannered, discourteous and impertinent.She forgot that this is Bank of AMERICA not Bank of INDIA !!Need to get her behavior better and maybe gt back to the Training. Have been with this bank for years for my PERSONAL and BUSINESS account. Very disappointing
