Terrible Salon and service ! They ate not serious at all ! They wasted my time I ask if they can wash and dry my hair at 5:00pm they say Yes wait half an hour then I came back 5:25 they tell me no you came to late I came after 25 minutes please safe time by Just going to a professional Salon

I was charged $40 for a wash and blowout. Their service fees are not posted. The receptionist looked at me and gave me a price. My hair length is above the shoulders. The “hairdresser“ assigned to do my blowout did not style my hair. He dried it.Service: Blowouts

SUSIE WAS BEYOND RUDE!!! She began screaming at me when she was frustrated about me not liking how she filed my nails. Proceeded to ask me to just “do it yourself”. Beyond RUDE! I have been a loyal customer but I will no longer be coming here!!!Service: Acrylic nails

Very very very disappointed, i cried when i got home, went there today to get my haircut, showed the lady a pic of what i wanted, i already washed my hair, so she only needed to cut my hair and maybe iron it after she’s done cutting it.. to my dismay, she just any how cut my hair, told her where my part is so she can evenly distribute the layers, she said “it doesn’t matter, the back look horrible, it was cut straight, looks like it was done by an amateur, my hair looks horrible.. never going back in that salon again..

Decent trims, nice barbers. They sometimes don't fully listen, or maybe understand, what you want, but they try. Example, cutting really curly hair, gotta be real stern about making sure they dont brush it out to a frizz ball and just cut, if you let them do that, 6" will be cut off instead of 2. For a trim, it's inexpensive, which is why I return, I just gotta always re-explain about cutting curly hair. In the end, ive always left happy. I've never had dye job, or blow outs or styling, etc, so I can't speak on that.

I paid $30.00 for a gel manicure, the person who did my manicure use a regular store brand gel nail polish. The nail polish did not last a week. I am going back to my regular nail salon.Services: Manicures

I went here for a wash and blow with curls ...... how could you eff that up ?? The older Asian woman did me. She burned me multiple times throughout it. First the water was hot af on my scalp and I had to tell her ... don't you test the water first before you put it on a clients head and then she burned my head including the top of my ear multiple with the heat of the blow dryer !!! I look like I came out of the 70s!! What a waste of $46

Love the convenience of available parking and staff are professional.They follow up on appointments if you forget. Always a good idea to book an appointment before walking in as this place is busy. I don't go anywhere else. My one stop shop for everything. Clean and spacious facility. Suzie in the nail section is amazing. Hasna is the most favorite hairstylist. She knows magic. Love it.

After moving to Long Island last year it was tough finding a new hair salon. I'm so glad I found this place and Boris has been awesome. Boris is excellent and an expert in hair care! Sometimes when I'm trying to figure out what color he's able to find the right color for me :D If you are new in town or don't have a hairstylist you love I like to recommend him without hesitation.

I’ve used BAM in the past and had a good experience, but I went yesterday for the first time in two years or so, and I was very disappointed. I went to dye my hair dark brown from a light color- a relatively simple process.Without naming names, I had a female hairdresser who didn’t protect my skin from the dye. It got all over my forehead, side of my face, and my hair was pressed against the back of my neck. My eye got irritated from all the dye on my face too.She very speedily and half heartedly colored my hair. It was sloppy. She used a ton of materials but didn’t bother really working it in carefully..I should have said something but I’m very shy and not confrontational.. I also just hoped that maybe it would be okay.I asked meekly one of the other hairdressers for some wet paper towels to wipe off the dye myself and was instead handed some Kleenex and basically told it would come off when I washed and it was probably because I touched my own hair or something…My hair was shampooed by a nice shampoo lady but she scalded my head with boiling hot water and I yelped and said to please make it cooler. She did it like twice more.I ended up going home without really drying my hair because I didn’t want to be there any more and my hair came out extremely splotchy, there were lighter strands everywhere and it looks awful.. my roots are way lighter and the places underneath are all streaky. I could have done a way better job for $10 at home. My skin is still discolored around my forehead, even though the nice shampoo lady tried her best to wipe it off.No one seems to care about service anymore. I felt like I was bothering them by coming. They used to be better but i won’t be coming back. I wouldn’t suggest this place anymore to anyone who actually wants to look good or be treated with the barest of decent customer service.Service: Hair colouring

This place got sooo bad. Me and my friends went for a haircut they charged $60 each and our hair is all uneven. The girl at the desk who also died hair has a terrible attitude and honestly shouldn't be dealing with customers. She has no personality and can't cut hair either. Waste of money.
