Worst dealer ever. They lie about everything. Turn and Burn used case. Fix them to last for 30 days, so when issues happen, it's your problem; check yelp reviews it, not just me. for google, they get new buyers to review before any problems happen and \\\"cleans\\\" bad reviews

I’m not a type of person to put a review but in this case I will , I recently bought my car in Auto Expo dealer in great neck it was a brand new BMW 740 I but after a couple weeks that I bought the car I find an issue with my front tires and my mechanic told me the front suspension of the car is gone!!! Immediately a call the guy who did my finance he’s name is Ron let me tell you I was with so much stress and upset because of the situation but this guy very professional an honest take his word and send me to the Auto Expo service center to fix everything , so the first thing it pops on my mind is I have to deal with somebody else now great!! so soon as I get to the place I spoke with this gentleman’s his names are ?Jamal and Patrick which was a unbelievable experience because I got there with so much tress ready to fight for the problem but the only thing they did is talk very professional they make me Feel comfortable and they told me they will fix everything at no cost with original parts, they give me appointment next day And I was there looking all the time what they do to my car, I checked the parts to make sure they were original from Bmw and everything was perfectly fine , they bought a special technician to set the computer of the shocks and everything else I think from Bmw I don’t know anyway for me something very important is to know who put the hand on my car and the only thing I can say they did a really good job I’m so happy the way they treat people with stress and they take care of it every single detail if you have a chance to come to this place asked for Jamal and Patrick They will give you a solution for your problems ???????????

Pulled in to get my tail light replaced. Guy told me they first charge a $150 diagnostic fee. I already told him it was my tail light. Guy tells me "ok then you can fix it yourself". If you come here, you are definitely being ripped off. The rudeness is just a bonus

Unfortunately I have to give them a star. Run the other way as fast as you can!!! Service center is a hell hole garbage shop. Not equipped with any real machinery. The GM Eric will try to sell you a dream this dealership/service center is one of the dirtiest place I've ever been in or seen. Pep boys is cleaner and doesn't send out your tires to be mounted and balanced. Staff is not even dressed for the part.... RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time... low ball offers and their customer service is trash. They made us an offer on Kelley blue book and after spam texting us for an entire week, we finally drive over there and they offer us more than $2000 below the price they'd agreed on. Absolutely nothing was wrong with the vehicle besides the cosmetic damage that was INCLUDED in the blue book value. Scam artists.

Poor experience as a first time car buyer with good credit. Finance department was unable to work out a acceptable deal.

They dont deserve any stars please do not come here, it's a hole in the wall with people who are extremely rude unprofessional hangs up on customers places them on hold so they dont have to deal with the fact that they messed up and dont know how to fix it. The front desk receptionist Diana is a different breed of customer service representation. So disgusting. Can't even begin to expree how infuriated I am with their incomptenet staff

Consistently takes 2-3 hours longer than they tell you. Don't bother making an appointment. They'll just tell you "well you shouldn't make appointments on our website". wtf? why do you have a scheduler on your website then??? why does it send both an email and a text confirmation to remind you of appointment times? Didnt get so much as a suggestion to book at another time or an apology. This place truly sucks.

Very disappointed. My appointment was at 1pm. I was checked in by the recep by 1:10pm. I sat in the waiting area where it was very cold & uncomfortable. The staff kept leaving the front door open that was very annoying not considering other people were sitting there. I looked out at my car at 2:25pm and noticed that my car was still where I parked it. I questioned how long will it be since my car hasn't been taken in yet and they told me my car was next because they had other cars inside but my car would be next. I got my car at 3pm.

Worst service ever, our family car never has any oil leaks since we got it, UNTIL my fiancee went online bought a Groupon for AUTO EXPO NEW HYDE PARK, please buyer beware Groupons don't get the 'A' mechanic or the 'B' mechanic like me you will get the helper , long story short I have a aluminum oil pan on a honda, everyone knows you hand tighten these it's because they're soft metal and can strip the plug or even the pan, after talking to the guy in the back office , he proceeds to tell me to come in to get it fixed, well a quick little drain-plug should take less than a oil change time, here I am 2 hours later, I have. O solution, I get this B.S. line, "it's wear and tear , that's how you know your talking good care of your car" so after being treated like i am a idiot , and see the competency of the helper illl.never go back even to get fixed I rather everyone know...they wont take ownership of own screwups... now im having replace my oil pan after close inspection on second shop... they even let me leave dripping oil with a hurry and get that looked at before the plug falls out! videos submitting to consumer affairs
