This review is long over due and in all honesty I don't know where to start.... I had used this establishment for my sons soccer team in the past. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and very quickly, everyone love all the work done.... But here's why this review was really deserved...I recently lost my a family member, it was a very sudden death, very devastating to us all... and all at a time where some milestone events were happening as well. I called the owner, explained what had happened and ask if they would be able to embroider something for me, one item, a custom design with name but I also needed it the same day in less then 2 hours.. He told me, bring it in let's see what we can do, and that he would have one machine waiting for me. I told him my daughter was graduating college that weekend and the sash the school had made, they forgot to add something to it, he said no problem, it can be done quickly. Now while that was being done, I asked if he can custom design a butterfly flying away and name under it as a memorabilia to honor my cousin on my daughter gown as she walks on stage to get her degree so my cousin may be walking along side her together. He didn't hesitate. He quickly got on his computer made a few designs, worked with colors and sizing till he felt it was perfect. The work and design was very tedious, he dropped everything he was doing put everything on hold and started designing. After the designing process he took us to the back to choose colors, helped steer us in the right direction to have the butterfly come out perfect. He then asked where we wanted to put it and suggested it be on the left arm as it is closer to the heart, we agreed. It look so beautiful, just like my cousin. I then thanked him so much and asked how much do I owe him. I knew it would be a lot of $$$, as it was a rush rush rush custom design order but I didn't care, it's was lot that he did it in such a short amount of time. What he said and did after honestly shocked me, it shook me so much I just started to crying, tears just would not stop. He told me it would cost nothing, just a prayer and to have my daughter wear it proudly, he said how can I put a price on something with so much meaning behind it, just wear it proudly and remember me in your prayers. I thanked him again and left there in tears...to know someone could be so caring and kind during such a difficult time. If you need anything done, this is the place to go. They do amazing work and they are super kind, caring and compassionate. God will reward them for all their acts of kindest. Thank you so very much, everyone loved the beautiful work and even more so your act of kindness.I tried uploading the beautiful embroidery work but it was not loading... I will try again shortly. THANK YOU AGAIN SO VERY VERY MUCH!

Nice pleasant and easy people to deal with. Who is times of Covid when everything takes 10 times longer they got my material in on double time it had me Silk screen and out the door I highly recommend Artisan silkscreen and embroidery

I have been a customer for over 7 years and they have always worked fast, efficiently while never sacrificing quality. I have used them for both silkscreening & embroidery on tee shirts, uniforms and caps. Awesome job every time and always within my budget. They have always been willing to allow me to lean on their 30+ yrs of experience to assist me in making whatever we could design. Of all the guys out there, these guys are the best.
