ABOVE AND BEYOND!
From the moment I spoke with Nancy on the phone until the moment that she personally delivered the floral arrangements for my mothers funeral she was nothing short of amazing!
Losing our mom was devastating enough, especially knowing that we were selecting flowers for her funeral. Nancy displayed the absolute highest level of empathy and concern for my sister and me as we sobbed and did our best without a clue. Without skipping a beat, she grabbed us chairs, bottled waters and Kleenex tissues. She comforted my sister and I and walked us through the entire process of what we may need and added her much needed suggestions on the ever so lovely white Casket Spray, Bleeding Heart and Cross with hints of lavender. We also purchased 10 corsages and 2 Peace Lillie's which she happily upgraded for 2 larger ones which were more appropriate. Nancy offered discounts wherever possible.
As we left, her staff presented my sister and me each a lovely bouquet to make us feel better. :)
You must give them a visit. their prices are affordable and offers a lot of variety on premium flowers and plants. The arrangements are a work of art. Delivery on time was guaranteed. She showed up at about 7am for delivery just to make sure they would be there and set up properly in time for the 830am service.
Thank you Nancy! we will never forget you. I'm sure our mom is smiling down on us saying job well done.

It was great working with Nancy! She was able to decorate my car for a wedding in a very timely & detailed fashion. Fair to say, I will be coming back for future wedding events!

Nancy is super nice. We needed orange roses and she gave us the best from the bunch. When she saw 2 of us with mehndi/henna on our hands and learned about a wedding happening she even gave us 5 for free.

After having an awful experience online with a completely separate 1800 flowers company, I was so relieved to step into the NHP store and work with Nancy.
Nancy was very clear, thorough and kind. She offered authentic customer service, taking her time, explaining and working with me. Unfortunately, such customer doesn’t exist anymore, therefore I am very appreciative of it.
After leaving the store, I felt confident in my order and that everything would be taken care of!

1-800 Flowers in New Hyde Park is amazing. The manager Nancy is so sweet and helpful. I called ahead of time and she was so nice to me asking me so many questions about what I was looking for. I went in and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She helped me put together the most beautiful bouquet and gift basket. She offered to help me with future purchases as well. She is the GREATEST!

I always had great Experiences From 1- 800 flowers. However, this location NEW HYDE PARK is the worst ever. The manager Nancy is very rude and disrespectful. She likes to hire per diem drivers and not pay. She should not be working for this company. She is an embarrassment to 1800flowers

1800FLOWERS IS HORRIBLE, MY SON IN LAW BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER 2 DOZEN ROSES TALK ABOUT DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. HE PAID TO HAVE THE ROSES DELIVERED BY 9AM ... THEY WASN'T DELIVERED UNTIL 2PM... THEN ON TOP OF IT INSTEAD OF BEING DELIVERED BY THE VAN THEY CAME ON A FEDEX TRUCK... THE ROSES WERE DEAD LITERALY NOTHING PRETTY ABOUT THEM, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD PUT AT LEAST SOME PRETTY PAPER ON THEM OR SOMETHING. HE CALLED, THEY SENT ANOTHER 2 DOZEN THAT WASN'T WHAT HE ORDERED AND THEY WAS EVEN MORE DEAD THEN THE FIRST ONES, AND ONCE AGAIN CAME BY FEDEX. FOR $170 YOU SHOULD BE SENDING VERY PRETTY FLOWERS WITH SOME KIND OF DECORATION NOT DEAD WITH THE FLOWERS FALLING APART LOOKING LIKE THEY WAS FOR THROWING ON THE GROUND. NEEDLESS TO SAY THERE WILL BE NO MORE FLOWERS BOUGHT FROM THEM AND MY SUGGESTION IS TO SAVE YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT SELL FLOWERS ON STREET CORNERS THAT ARE SO PRETTY AND NOT DEAD AND WILTED.
