The drive thru is the WORST! Even McDonald's tells you to pull up of order not ready. Not here they let the people sit and wait. Dr calls in prescription, 2 hrs later sorry not ready. It guaranteed at 530 pm (it was 4), then asks want to wait. Wtf, I didn't get a text telling me there was guaranteed time. Dread every time I have to go there. Would go to rite aid if they had drive thru.

Awful!!!!! The pharmacy at Walgreens on Kellogg Rd has let my family and I down again and again. Countless times, prescriptions have been filled late or incorrectly. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your prescription drugs!

I have never been so dissatisfied with service before. Service was horrible when this place was still Rite Aid: prescriptions never ready; drive thru takes forever; etc. Was hopeful when I heard they would be changing over to Walgreens because I have had very positive experiences with Walgreens elsewhere before. Not so. Prescriptions are NEVER ready even if you call ahead to verify that they are, spend well over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Was actually asked to get at the back of the line, after waiting 10 minutes, because they did not have my prescriptions ready on time, when I called ahead to verify that they were ready. Absolutely disgusted.

This place is full of incompetent workers who can't even figure out how to use insurance information to administer a flu shot. What a waste of my time.

I have been trying to call this pharmacy as i need to fax scripts for my meds as my insurance plan has changed... on hold forever, and when they answer, rude people and dont make time to listen, put u on hold again... Scary i have to go there
