There is always a long wait time to get to speak directly to a sales person and have them help you. Unfortunately, it is a 50/50 chance that the Verizon staff will actually know how to help you at all.

I wanted to get a screen protector for my new iPhone and the guy helping me disappeared for a good five minutes in the back. He came back with only one and didn't even offer me the opportunity to pick out a screen protector. The one he charged me for was $50. I don't know if they're told to do this or what, but that's outrageous. I could've gone to best buy and gotten one for less than $20 and I would've been able to pick the one I wanted.

avoid....unless you want a flagship phone. wanted to buy 2 midrange phones, navigated/declined the hard upsell, and was told (by the 6'3" guy w brown hair and glasses) that he didn't have any, and i couldn't order any because stores just get phones at random. went to Best Buy, and was in and out, with new phones coming next week, in less than 10min. avoid this Verizon store.

The Verizon store in Utica NY is number one. I had to update my Hum device. Went to the Store in Anderson SC and they placed a delayed activation on it. Traveled 800 plus miles only to find out I did not have Hum connected. Went to Oneonta twice and they told me to see the car dealership to hook up my Hum. That was a no from me since Hum was a Verizon product and had nothing to do with the car dealership. Finally got to Utica and they hooked me up. Took their time to set my phone up for Hum. This store in Utica needs an A+ rating.
