Do not apply here, they will invite you for an "orientation" and tell you to expect a call in 2 days and 3.5 hours of pay, they ghost you, you call them, they say you DID go to the orientation, you say that you want to get your pay they promised you, calls back a week later saying you DIDN'T go to orientation and offers another "orientation", and then the day after send an email saying "At this time, we have decided not to move forward with your application." They still won't pay you for orientation. What a joke.

Customer service gentleman at the counter is extremely friendly every time I go in there and very helpful. Definitely recommend this location for any returns or pickups!

The people at this UPS store went out of their way to track down an important package that was rerouted due to a address error. I was distraught at 4:45pm when I entered the store. The UPS person at the counter came up with a solution quickly to get my package into my hands by the next morning! I was so impressed with the professionalism, caring attitude and helpfulness from both the person who I first dealt with and again with the person who helped me the next morning. I actually got a phone call in the morning to say they had my package! I made a quick stop at Dunkin Donuts to thank them for saving the day. I handed them the donuts and they not only handed me my package but helped me put it in the car. A sweet ending to my happy story. Thanks UPS!
