Yesterday was my first time having a massage in my life!!! It was the best experience ever, I was greeted, filled out an information sheet and introduced to my massuse Dawna, the room that I was in was very clean and I am super impressed, 10/10 would recommend. Super thankful

Loved my chair yoga both in house & virtual. Because of problems I had to forego it for a while. Now that I can rejoin, chair yoga is no longer available. I understand the need to progress but I must start at the very beginning again. I am older & am finding it harder to move. Because of my knee I cannot get down on the floor.

Dawna was amazing and very professional. She asked about my areas of concern and what spots to avoid. The location is convenient, extremely clean, and smells amazing! I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed after the massage, it was heaven.

I get a facial and massage monthly and it is always an excellent experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and the treatment is always amazing. They are running a referral program where you can enjoy 20% off services if you are referred and if you refer someone; find someone to refer you or find someone to refer in order to enjoy 20% off!They also have a Sunlighten sauna and Yoga classes! I highly recommend Universal Wellness!

I had a very relaxing time at Universal Wellness. The massage therapist really worked out the kinks in my neck and shoulders. I came out of my appointment feeling like Gumby I felt so good. If you are debating getting a massage as part of your wellness plan then I would suggest the debate is over. Choose yourself! I have already been telling my friends about this place and that they should make an appointment, so well worth it. The facility was clean and spacious. I loved the background music and scents in the room. Such a great experience. I will be returning in the future.

Every time I’ve been to Universal Wellness I have a wonderful experience. The space is decorated beautifully, and everyone is personable and professional. Yesterday I had an amazing Reiki session with Dawna and I feel so good! She has the most calming energy and I was able to relax immediately in her presence. She is such a gifted healer!
