Penny is absolutely wonderful! I have not stepped foot in a hair salon for longer than any woman should. Penny listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and knocked it out of the park. The color, the cut, the style, the health and after care were all top notch. Looking forward to follow up appointments to maintain and no longer skeptical of finding the right one.

I called from my car asking about a perfume called rose era. They said they had it in stock and would keep it at the counter under my name. When I arrived at the store the " manager" told me that they do not have it and that a " mistake had been made"

Penny is the only person in the area who understands my hair. I only go for what seems to me like simple cuts, but the shampooing and the blowout after makes it seem like I have 100x more hair than I actually do. Magic.

I wish I got the employees name who helped me tonight, I believe he is a manager? Maybe not. Anyway, he was very polite and offered to help me with fragrances. The poor guy stood faithfully and unlocked cabinet after cabinet for me to sniff all these different scents. After so many tries, finally he offers a recommendation for Valentino “Born in Roma” and it’s honestly fantastic. I would have never found something if it wasn’t for his suggestion and his consideration with giving me his time.

Came in for an exchange in product and their cashier Via was such a sweetheart! She truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and heard. She was very patient and gave me honest feedback about products I was looking into. Thank you, Via!!

I had an amazing experience here while out of town on a vacation. The staff were friendly and inviting. One in particular associate stood out to me. Her name was Danielle. She helped me with picking a perfume and was extremely sweet and knowledgeable! Thank you so much ladies for all the help.

For a very long time I've been wanting to get into makeup and between Sephora and Ulta no one could shade match me correctly!!!! Being a woman of color it was a lil challenge finding my match. Until Wednesday and I met Dani!!!! She matched me up for my foundation and concealer...just tried it on and now I cant stay out the mirror!!!! Omg im in love and Im so happy Dani was there to help me find my shade for the first time, ever....ill be back to get the rest of what i need to complete a makeup look and I only want Dani to help me lol

Went to get exchange foundation that was bought for me for Christmas by my mom the lady "color matched me and I guess in her eyes my porcelain skin was orange" they refused to do an even exchange and put it on a gift card and only gave me 5 dollars for a 50 dollar foundation. Go to the Sephora at Kohl's down the road the staff actually knows what they are doing and they are not snotty

I had trouble with my birthday gift here and a wonderful worker who's name I am pretty sure was Lydia and was the head cashier helped me out. She was so understanding and helpful to get the coupon needed for it and really took all the time needed for me to receive what I wanted. She was amazing and deserves a raise!!!!

Today I went into Ulta wanting to find a new routine since the winter weather made my skin very dry and flakey. Laura from this store was AMAZING. She took her time explaining each individual step of a new routine for me and taught me the proper steps to apply it. She was very educated and knowledgeable when it came to skin types and how some products are better or worse for my sensitive skin. She really made the experience for me and I highly recommend her if you are unsure or have questions. Thank you again Laura!

Employee tried to force us to open an account just to buy a gift card. Had the audacity to tell us that we could not return anything bought with said gift card unless it was linked to an account. Upon further investigation we found out that was completely false. She pressured us to no end then got rude when we said we did not want to sign up for an account, just buy a gift card. It was basically thrown at us as we were purchasing. Will never step foot in there again.

I have always shopped here & everyone is welcoming. However, as of recent I can no longer shop here due to the fumes. I’m not sure what happened but the fumes are awful. I can’t even take a breath in they’re so bad. I tried to go again last night with a friend & they said the same thing & we had to leave immediately. I feel bad for the workers as it will cause damage to their lungs. I pray they fix it so I can shop there again. It was never like this. Not sure if their ventilation system broke or what happened but it is so bad the minute you open the door.
