Everyone at The Frigault Agency is incredible to work with. I have mostly dealt with Danielle and Carol over the years, and both of them are the best of the best. Danielle makes me feel so important and taken care of as if I was her only client, when I’m sure she has a full desk of things to take care of. Danielle has handled my car insurance, renters insurance, and now business insurance, and Carol helped me on emergency when I got in a fender bender on New Year’s Eve a couple years back. They are so easy to work with and make the process seamless. I am not local to them anymore, as I have relocated to the Albany area, but I will still continue to use them because I’ve been so pleased with their service. I can’t recommend and thank them enough!

They work very closely with you to prepare insurance coverage that will best fit your needs as well as your budget.I have been extremely happy and satisfied with their service since day one. Today my husband ( wife leaving Review)and I bought a car and needed to get insurance. We called frugally agency, Inc and spoke with deanelle she was absolutely amazing. She answered my thousands of questions and broke it down to help explain things better. She took her time and made me feel important. I would recommend going through them if your a first time car buyer or if you need to switch insurances. I couldn't be happier with our experience Today. Very pleased as usual with Frigault Agency. I have been using them for years with the same insurer, Travelers. This year Frigault noticed a spike in my premiums through Travelers, shopped around for me to get the same coverage I am accustomed to, saving me several hundred dollars just by switching to a different insurer. That’s service! They are always so polite and friendly as well!!!
