I have visited The Sneaker Store infrequently for a while. I make bi-yearly visits on average for the last couple of years. EVERY TIME I visit, I am welcomed, and I receive expert advice. Additionally, I am served at the highest of levels. This last time around, I was helped by Forrest and Ben. Forrest, my goodness, I hope I didn’t botch the spelling of your name. I, unfortunately, have a swollen left foot due to lymphedema & was suggested to try here. The clerk was very helpful, even though they didn't have anything that would fit. An A+ for service.

The best of the best!!! Do not trust yourself or anyone else to pick out the proper footwear for your body… trust the experts. You could save yourself a lot of pain. I’ve gotten all my running sneakers here for 20+ years and will never go elsewhere!

Stopped into the store looking for a hiking boot/shoe. Katie was all over it! I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to footwear...very picky and I need to be comfortable. I absolutely don't mind spending a little more coin for a great fit and comfort. Katie was not only patient as a saint but exhausted all options for me in order to get me into a great fitting shoe! 10 stars for Katie!
