Showroom was clean, bright, and inviting. Beriah was patient, answered all my questions, and didnt make my experience uncomfortable by pushing a product. His professionalism gained a new customer, and I will return for future business.

Nightmare shopping experience. Customer service is nonexistent. Can't report on bed yet, because it is not functional. I would not go through this hellish scenario again. Do not go to this store. 2/3 of the staff is inept, except for Beriah. He gets 5 stars, and is the sole reason for the 1 star on this review. He was very helpful as we tested beds. The first bed he put us in was the answer, but we tried a couple of different ones. When we returned to purchase, unfortunately Beriah was not there. The lady (Liza?) helping us knew we we were on a schedule, although we allowed plenty of time to make the purchase and sign papers. What should have taken 30 minutes was a 2 hour time suck as the employee fumbled with her iPad, made multiple mistakes, misquoted prices, and put in the incorrect order 4 times. She would make "cute" remarks like "shoot, I messed it up again!" The other associate (bald male) could sense our frustration and finally stepped in to help. Not the environment I want when buying a $12k piece of furniture. We should have listened to our initial instincts when the incompetent associate made her first mistake and left the store to purchase online. Delivery is delayed so be flexible when you get a "delivery date". Customer service will offer you a pillow for the inconvenience. Try the beds, find the one you want and order online instead of supporting this standalone. If you do insist to shop in the store, ask for Beriah. Update - bed was delivered (a day late) and they sent the incorrect base so now I can't use any of the features for another 3-4 weeks. I can't get an answer on when the correct base will be shipped. This has been a nightmare. Customer service is a joke. I should have followed my initial reaction when the inept ogre could not initiate our initial order correctly. Am teetering sending the whole bed back for a refund considering they couldn't even get the base correct. Dave - do a better job of hiring for and caring for your region.

I had an excellent experience. Beriah was very knowledgeable and did a great job informing us on everything we needed to know. I didn't give it a 5 star because Sleep numbers are a bit pricey but I hope it will be well worth it when we get our bed.

We looked online before we went, so I had an idea of what features we wanted. I would recommend speaking with Beriah; he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us several options within our price range and helped us find the right mattress for us. He explained the options without being pushy or forceful.

Great Customer Service ~ we purchased our bed at the New York State Fair in 2016 ~ needed new sheets and our salesperson Liz was very good at locating our information and ordering a new set of cooling sheets. I also scored the new blue blocking nighttime shades "Night Swannies" which fit very nicely over my reading glasses. Definitely recommend this store.

Did not visit. Google needs to fix their algorithm. I can honestly say I would not visit this store in search of a burrito. Now the Chiptole next store.....
