This pharmacy branch is a great example of how patients/costumers should be treated. I’ve had some of my prescriptions and some vaccines here done. Every experience was very organised, timely and professional.
They also are very helpful and kind with any medical or procedural information you have for your prescription.

Called ahead March 3rd 2024 to get a passport photo and verified they do those at that location. I went over there at approximately 1:00 pm only to be told the camera was broke. The camera was also broke on Genesee St in Utica NY. Don't waste your time here. I ended up going to a competitor and it was complete in 5 minutes.

Excellent customer service. Carol at the front of the store is very friendly and always willing to help. The store is very clean, staff is great and they have very good sales.

waited for 40 minutes to get the flu mist if you can get it somewhere else, the person was nice though

It's 2022. Hopefully, sooner than later, reviews like this will be nonexisting. I'm not sure if much will come from this, but I just wanted to share my peace. IMO, all customers should feel welcomed & able to shop freely. Unfortunately, shoplifting does occur. However, it should be noted that studies show that overall, there isn't a race that shoplifts more than the other. As well as, behavioral cues are more important than demographic characteristics in identifying a shoplifter. I simply walked in. A quick store run after working a 12 hr. shift. (nurse). To be profiled/followed was an unpleasant experience & offensive. I truly hope cashier #107748248 & others learn not to judge ppl based on stereotypes, most biased opinions are formed due to false information & you should treat ppl how you want to be treated.

Tried to buy item at the advertised price on website of 15.99 with pickup available in 1 hour. Instead of doing that I just drove to the location grabbed the item off the shelf and when I went to cash out it was 28.99. Was told that can't match their own website's advertised price and if I wanted it at that price I would have to cash out online and wait for the to process the order, completely asinine

On New Years weekend (of all weekends to get sick) I was in need of some meds after a visit to well now; my regular pharmacy was closed due to the holiday so I had to find a pharmacy that was open and thankfully Rite Aide was in fact open. I went through the drive thru and was told it would be an hour wait (no big deal) then there was an issue with my insurance (first of the year nonsense)…. The women working in the pharmacy were awesome. I didn’t have the 182.00 for my meds and I said I would just wait to get them and the one woman was like no, you obviously need these meds and she said “I’ll do whatever I can to help you get them” she did something and reran my insurance, did something else with some coupons and an app on my phone and I got my meds.I was so grateful they were open on New Year’s Day when no one else was open.So thank you RiteAide employees… thank you for working on a holiday, you for doing your job exceptionally well and thank you for caring about your customers

I waited in the drive through line at this Rite Aid store for over an hour. My prescription was stated to be ready by 11:45 AM. I got in line at 11:45AM. After sitting in line for an hour I was told my prescription was still being worked on and could I loop back in line. I explained I had been in line for an hour and that there were 15 cars behind me. I told the associate I would wait at the window since the prescription was now an hour past due. The associate obtained another associate(possibly Manager?) who gave me the same direction. She did not apologize for my wait or seem concerned at all when she asked me to go back in line. I held senior management positions in retail until I retired 2 years ago and have not experienced this lack of empathy or concern ever. How easy would it have been for the second associate to apologize and quickly throw a few pills in a bottle? Incredible! I will move my and my wife's prescriptions to Walgreens.

The customer service and assistance of Barbie (Pharmacist) is amazing. She went out of her way to reach out to another Rite Aid from Oneida to New Hartford. She made sure that I get my prescription.
