Open practically 24/7, easy check in, good selection of machines, although I felt that the dumbbell area could've used a few more benches. Other than that my only real complaint is that the parking spots are a bit tight.

Large variety of exercise equipment.
Don't understand the hate this chain seems to get.
Great staff, and hours that work for anybody. Hard to find 24 hour gyms post-covid.

I think that this planet fitness in particular is very caring about their guests. I am very sad to have heard that Mario has left the location and moved to Texas. I know he will do very well there. I am very pleased to hear Antoine has made manager he deserves it! I would also like to mention Bryce Who is also extremely helpful whenever myself or my daughter are in the gym he definitely makes the gym experience much more pleasurable when he is working, knowing that I can go and ask him anything and it would be taken care of immediately. Thank you to all of those who have made our gym experience pleasurable

The place itself is fine, if not super diverse in equipment. Canceling the membership, however, is a nightmare. You have to cancel in person and I had a $58 cancelation fee. It will was cheaper for me to keep my membership for three more months then cancel. They say this in the fine print when you sign up, of course, but I had forgotten having signed up years ago. It's unfortunate my money is being wasted for the company to profit knowing I can no longer attend the gym. To be fair, the employee I talked to was very nice. It was not his fault his company sucked :/
