I stopped for assistance as I was having issues with my tires. I was a single female traveling solo from Canada at 730pm. I hear a noise . I pulled into a gas station and got no help. An elderly gentleman told me to go to Jiffy Lube. I'm more than glad I went in. I was hlped by 2 very nice gentleman. It was discovered my lugnuts were all loose and air pressures were very low..these 2 kind men fixed me up and I couldn't been happier. Thank you for your kind and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend your place to anyone.

I a terrible experience, called to schedule appointment for inspection, don't do appointments what company doesn't keep appointments? When tring to figure out when to go to have car inspected, noone knows the store manager/inspectors schedule. Go when they first open being told the day before he would be there, to then be told when you get there he had a late night and they do not know when he will be in. Save yourself time and energy go anywhere but here. What a JOKE!

Brought in my SUV because it was shaking, back passenger tire wobbling after another place put on my winter tires. They were quick to get me in as a drop in, took their time to figure out the issue, and even made sure to check the rest of the tires. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend, would leave 10 stars if I could.

Went today for the first time and have to say very impressed service was quick the staff was super friendly and also went above and beyond and gave me a better discount coupon then what I had. Definitely recommend and will continue to get my oil changes here

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jiffy Lube, on Commercial Drive in New Hartford, New York, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from the entire team, especially from Rick.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness, which immediately made me feel welcome.
The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, directing me to the bathroom and offering coffee and water. It’s these little touches that make a big difference!
Rick truly went above and beyond when it came to addressing a broken part in my car. His dedication and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and I am sincerely grateful for the time he took to explain the issue and find a solution.
I wholeheartedly believe Rick deserves to be recognized as Employee of the Month and should definitely receive a raise for his outstanding service. Additionally, I think the entire team at Jiffy Lube deserves something special, like a lunch, to celebrate their exceptional customer service.
Thank you, Rick and the whole crew at Jiffy Lube, for making my visit such a positive experience!

Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly, detailed and thorough. As a customer the tv offering should be a bit more versatile. Waiting room clean, stocked with accommodations and the technicians were efficient.

I always go to this location for oil changes but recently, I had them install a battery. They did it with no labor charge, topped up the fluids and put in a taillight by request. They were super friendly and honest. Great service!
