Paid for the best wash. 25$ plus tax. Got the same wash for less somewhere else.
Good wash. No complaints.
LOVE the free vacuum and blow out device and no music bays. Really great.
Friendly staff.
The car wash that I got somewhere else came with a stack of little rags, spray cleaner, a car deodorizer scent and a dash wipe. The high end Hoffmann wash does not include these things. The other car wash also had a generous 3 day rain guarantee. Hoffman doesn’t.
They are charging too much for what they provide. Do better Hoffman. You could be excellent.

Hoffman car wash is in a convenient location and open for business at times that makes it easy to use. The wash itself performs wonderfully and efficiently. Even with a bit of a line it seems to never be much of a wait. For me, the monthly contract is a very good value.

5 times in the last month my car (2014 Cruze) got stuck in the tracks near the end! This is the New Hartford location. I told them about it before but they wouldn’t believe it until they see it, but it doesn’t always happen, and when they were watching my car go through, it was fine that time. But now I am done with this. When my car gets near the end, it stops and bobbles up and down, skipping the pushing mechanism. And with cars close behind I have to put my car in drive and get out asap before the car behind got too close. Now every time I go in I’m stressed, I’m worried I’ll end up in a crash. When the new car wash opens up soon nearby, I’m going there.

At first, I thought it was way too overpriced but then I shopped around and realized that it really wasn't. It's a few block from my home, so convince is nice. I can go daily and definitely get my money's worthThe staff are very nice on Erie Blvd. I would recommend this ? place!
