I just want to give a Big thank you to Gina Johnson for a wonderful experience with Hannoush Jewlers. I walked in with intentions to browse and with the help of Gina I happily walked out with an engagement ring. Gina treated me so well and made me feel so comfortable with making decisions I dreaded for awhile. Again Gina, thank you and I will be seeing you guys again soon. Happy Holidays Mama!!

Awesome staff, Extremely Knowledgeable. The prices seemed high at first, however the helped me find the perfect ring for my Fiancé. They will work with you on price and they have so many finance options. I was able to get approved and I have 5 years to pay it off at low interest rate, and a low monthly payment.

Bill and the entire staff at Hannoush are outstanding. Bill helped my husband and I pick out a new wedding set for myself. He was so patient and kind with us as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He asked me questions about what I wanted in a ring and knew exactly which one to pick. It was by far the best experience that I’ve ever had in any retail environment. Bill went above and beyond and was just absolutely amazing. We will never go anywhere else for any jewelry need.

Wear a suit when you go, or you’re a ghost walking around. I’ve never used race as an excuse but I understand why someone would. I didn’t get greeted, I was the one doing the question asking not the sales person… which is wrong. But yeah I’m not into race but how can you tell someone doesn’t make 300k a year or just had an inheritance? You don’t know, so what’s the treatment for? Is it cause I’m brown? It has to be, you know nothing about me that indicates that I’m browsing. So idk , deff not buying from them. Greet everyone. Even kids, you never know who has it and who doesn’t.

If you want a jewelry store that takes time and makes sure your satisfied you won't find a better family of people I don't even call them staff or associates because when you walk in they make you feel like your part of the family they listen and walk you through everything and the made it possible to get what my wife wanted. Couldn't be happier with a jewelry store they were not pushy at all and they gave us time to decide not like you need to get this now or today like kay does who cares more about sales and commission than to worry if they absolutely are certain Hannoush Jewelry is pure amazing I definitely recommend you go there first before you decide anywheres else

Let me set the scene for you ...I'm looking for an engagement ring .I know right this is a big dam deal for sure !.I walk into Hannoush Jewelers after three other Jewelers that day and this is the only place I fealt truly welcome.The guy behind the counter Bill told me the story about Hannoush and there mission as a family owned Jeweler and then asked me some key questions about what Iwas looking and educated me on anything I didnt know about engagement rings Bill and his team took great care of me they offered me coffee and humor and totally took the edge off and made me feel like I thought you should feel when making a life changing decision .I walked out of there with an amazing ring and a feeling of confidence going forward. She Said Yes !!! I owe it to bill and his team. Hannoush Jewelers is the place to go thank you so much guys .

After visiting several different jewelers throughout the day, Hannoush was the only one who made me feel like finding the perfect engagement ring was as big a deal to them as it was for me. Genuinely cared about the ring, as well as my new fiance, and the steps they would take to make sure we would never be disappointed. Definitely felt like they wanted us to be part of the family, and made the whole experience incredibly easy.
