My fiancé and I have been in a few times now to pick out some pearls for our anniversary. The staff was incredibly helpful with ordering and customizing pieces to our liking. If they do not have what you’re looking for in store, they are more than happy to order it and confirm that you are happy with it prior to purchasing. I love the people here, very friendly, patient, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, if they don't have what you want, they can order, and the wait is not long for anything, and I like their prices. After a great experience buying our wedding rings here, when my mom misplaced her rings after 68 years I took her and my dad here to look for replacements. Staff could not have been any kinder or more patient with them. They were able to resize the rings in 10 minutes so she could have them that day. When Mom asked Dad to put them on her finger there was silence and then clapping from staff followed by a gift of champagne. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to make such a wonderful experience for my parents!!

I have had a few pieces repaired here and loved the results. I had Gold chains and a bracelet repaired. This time I brought my wedding rings in to have them soddered together. They also found a loose stone. They did both things and the results are amazing! You can barely see where they are hooked together and you cannot even tell they had to replace the setting on my ring. The repairs are spectacular,! This is my most precious piece of jewelry and I was hesitant to trust it to anyone, but I am so glad I did. Trust them, use them for anything, and have no worries. They are wonderful! Friendly and reasonably priced too! If there were more stars for a rating I would have given it to them!

Went in with the intention of exchanging a pair of earrings I received as a Christmas gift from my husband. (I had the store receipt.) I was unable to wear as the post would not easily click into place. Was made to feel terrible about the return and treated rudely. Ultimately, I left them their earrings without any desire for a refund or to receive store credit to apply toward another purchase.

i just want to let everyone know what an amazing experience i had with your establishment. 2 of my sons gold chains that he wesrs daily needed repairs and i had a ring almost 15 yrs old that a stone broke off. To say the staff was not only friendly but it was done in less than a week and when i picked them up they sparkled like the day they were purchased is an understatement. For my 17 yr old to comment on it i knew i went to the right place. Thank you so much again for your help.
