“I received an order in the mail went to take it out and in a blazer I felt something hard someone when they packed my order for delivery left the security tag again then I get a beep on my phone that my order is ready for pick up in the store, which should’ve been in the delivery I don’t know who decides these things or who makes these errors, but I cannot walk distances because I have a terrible back and the thought of even going in there and returning this and going to pick up, the other item was daunting I did it and I said to the girl why was this pick up in the store when it was ordered for delivery she just shrugged . I think it’s very very lax in the fulfillment center because people don’t just have it because they’re gonna be in the store and they want it people like me have an issue with parking the car walking to the store getting a cart walking all the way in the back to have a tag removed that they sent in an order by mail and you thought your order was gonna be complete until oh yeah you get it email or message that says your order is ready for pick up well I don’t order online so I can go pick up anything it’s the point of why I order online and I wish someone would’ve given a darn and cared about what I had to do”

“Today I was at Boscov’s and went to the register by the towels and lingerie department doorway. A very pleasant woman named Cheryl was ringing my order up and noticed I was purchasing a cane. She remarked to me about it and I told her I lost one there the previous week but when I called they at the time hadn’t found it. She immediately called customer service and they had one so because I was unable to go back to get it she was looking for another associate to go get it for me as she was ringing up other customers. Well, along comes Tina who was on her way to lunch but insisted on going to get it for me, not once but twice ( a little confusion) . They were both so pleasant, caring , compassionate and didn’t for a moment make me feel uncomfortable. They were wonderful, loving and polite people. Cheryl and Tina are perfect examples of superior associates. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Both are definitely an asset to Boscov’s. Than you ladies so much for going over and above for others”

“One of the best places to shop around with almost a good selection of products from home decor, clothes(men, women, kids, baby, pets), snacks, bags & luggage , cosmetics, skin care, toys and more! The store is well organized and neat which makes shopping fun and easy! Lastly, they also got about more than 8 women fitting rooms which made tryout fast and convenient.”

“Went in to finish my kids school clothes and my daughter birthday stuff best store I ever been into. The worker we’re very nice and was helpful with me to find the kids shoes and showed my 8 year old where the bathroom were. Also when you walk in they said good morning and asked if you need help. The store was neat. When I left the young lady was the sweets and nicest person and she said to have a great day. Wish more stores was like this one. So I would recommend any one to come shop at this store because the employees give the best respect and you can tell they really love there job.”
