I have been in this place prob more than 10 times not once have I ever even been acknowledged. I went in on Wednesday and there was 3 employees there, 1I think was corporate based off of what she was wearing. 11 in the morning, nobody there, walk in they just stare at me and talked of their plans for the day. People wonder why malls are dying is because they can get zero customer service and not have your dollar appreciated ordering from home.

Absolutely way over priced on everything! It’s cool to go in and look around and see what they have but I don’t recommend purchasing. I’ve given them business a few times now without doing much research and that was a mistake. Purchased a Zion card for $25, value of $7. Purchased an absolute football 2022 jumbo pack for $18.99, can find them all day elsewhere for $7-$10. I entertained buying a whole box for that set, they have it priced at $84, literally everywhere else I look is right around $35. I entertained a signed Mike Tyson glove at $200, can find them all day long at around $120. So way over priced, you should be able to compete somewhat with the internet but they are not even close.

I know it's 100% legal at this point but not looking to smell weed the entire time I go shopping inside of a store. Clearly employees are smoking in the back room. The entire store smelled like skunks..

Last year I came in and bought a Dennis rodman signed basketball. Great purchase for me and for the price which was 120 dollars. Great deal for what it would it mean to me in the long run. Yes a few things may be overpriced but if you want support this business because I do at least twice to 3x a year.

Do not buy a gift for someone else from here unless you are absolutely sure that they want it. Return policy even with a receipt is store credit only.

Wish i could give negative stars. Poor selection of WAY OVERPRICED JUNK. The staff, or the lack there of, knows nothing about the merchandise whatsoever. Do yourself a favor, order something online from another company. You'll save money and time, and have a better experience.

If you want to buy something for yourself this place is fine;if you're looking to buy for someone else make sure you know exactly what they want because only store credit is given back on returns.Should have the option of getting your cash back or returned back to your card.

While at the Sangertown Mall we stopped in at Cooperstown Connection and loved the store. When we walked in we thought that the prices would be outrageous like many other sports memorabilia stores, but this store was reasonably priced. The store had a ton of unique items, my favorites were obviously their Patriots memorabilia. Overall, this was a great store with a ton of items. They had a lot on sale and the employee was polite. We will definitely stop back in the next time we are in the area.
