Had a large ham and swiss sub chips and a mtn dew. Very fresh roll! Large portions.
Kind and attentive. Super cool AC. Clean and restrooms were clean too.

This place needs a revamp of employees. It's gone severely downhill. Thankfully, we have a Stewart's and Cliff's around the corner. I'll never go inside this store again!

Excellent Byrne Dairy, unlike the Rt 5/Kirkland location!! The New Hartford Byrne Dairy has friendly staff working, but are very helpful, and pleasant to talk to!! From now on, I will only patronize this location in the Utica/New Hartford/Whitesboro area!! A++

I’m pretty picky about ice cream. This is the best pre-packaged ice cream I’ve ever had and even better than some that’s freshly hand packed. I grew up on this, have been all over the country and world, don’t even really have a sweet tooth yet I still can’t resist Charle Brown—chocolate peanut butter swirl.

Love Byrne dairy.Lots of drinks and milks. Wide selection of jerky and protein snacks. Nothing hits like a cup of Byrne dairy chocolate milk out of a glass jug.Byrne dairy also still offers ETHANOL FREE gasoline to keep your small engines running strong.

I have been frequenting the Byrne Dairy in New Hartford, NY. My last visit was today, April 5, around 8:30 am. There was an African American woman (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) that works behind the counter and she is the most personable person I have ever came across. She is very pleasant, friendly and I could just talk to her for hours. Please keep her and I will keep coming just to have a friendly conversation! She definitely goes above and beyond. That woman deserves a good raise! These days since Covid, the world has gotten very cold. A nice smile and conversation is what the world needs!!!

Employees work at a very very slow pace, took all the Employees to talk to 1 person about a gas pump mix up while there was a line of people waiting. Why couldn't one person handle that and the other deal with the line?
