The optometrist wasn’t friendly, didn’t allow me in the exam with my significant other , once exam was completed it was a very long wait to check out, not enough staff to go around and the two people in there were incredibly slow with no concern of our wait time

I had a contact exam they do not have colors for try on so how do you know what colors look best, they ordered my trial pair did not come in a box very unprofessional, the store always smells bad never ever again, Walmart vision is better

My experience was good, Natalie was very helpful. But in my opinion they need more workers. There were a lot of customers waiting around to be helped.

I have had nothing but the best experience there. When I call, the phones are always answered, the front room, staff, and the ophthalmologist are always very pleasant to speak with, and helpful.

Receptionists and everyone else on the working lobby floor were very helpful and very nice. We were on time to our appointment but as soon as we got there the doctor left for lunch. We waited 40 minutes for him to get back only to take the first patient he saw rather than who was scheduled. I would say it was a mistake until he did it again, skipped over us and took someone who had just walked in. At this point it had been almost an hour and a half and we are still waiting. During each exam the door was open enough to hear everyones exam going on- which is an obvious HIPPA breach. When it was finally our turn I wasn’t allowed in the room with my wife, though there was an extra chair in there, because the doctor claims they want to practice “social distancing” which is quite contradictory when the exam is face-to-face with the doctor. It is also May 2023 and not March 2020. We heard his conversations with every patient. It is too bad that these receptionists and tech’s, who are very good at their job, have to work with such an arrogant doctor. Entitlement is worn like a crown for some people.

O was in desperate need of some glasses. My eyes recently went through some degradation and I need farsighted glasses. I was tokd by my optometrist I would need to wait till October. I couldn't do that. So on a whim I went here too we what I could get and afford, surprisingly it was only like 30 dollars and it's just what I needed in such a p8nhv I need too see for my job and this has been a great help.

I drove 20 minutes for an appointment I had thought it was At 245 I arrived the girl at the desk stated ." Unfortunately you are 10 minutes late I cannot check you in. I said how am I late she stated my appointment was for 225 not 245. Nobody was there that I was holding up. I told the girl what a waste of my time and guess you lose a customer.Not very good customer service if you ask me. I will never go back

The staff and Dr. We’re terrific! Super friendly and helpful; but after 2 tries my prescription still isn’t correct. Goldfish bowl effect on top. Bi-focal is ok. But can’t keep after spending $200. I’m returning glasses for a refund and have to stick with cheaters which sucks, because I loved the 2 frames I picked. But I get headaches and nausea when wearing after 15 minutes.

Had amazing service from Jennie! Very friendly and fast service.took the whole family after visiting a doctor elsewhere and had a horrible experience. We used America's best in colorado, and even though it's a bit of a drive to get here, it was well worth it!!!

Doctors are constantly miserable, if you can even get in to see one. I was supposed to have a fallow up appointment with them back in November and I now they have rescheduled me 5+ times because their worthless doctors are never in the building. Did I mention they keep rescheduling me the day of?! 20 minutes before my appointment they send me a text that says my appointment has been cancelled! I hate that this is the only eye doctor in the area that accepts my less than worthless insurance cause I'd much rather do business elsewhere.

I was traveling through from a different state and needed contacts (which I forgot at home) and they did the MOST to coordinate with my private practice optometrist to get me the contacts I needed. Moreover, they were super nice, patient and flexible. I am so grateful for America’s Best!!
