Terrible experience.....terrible customer service! The infotainment system on my car went out. Booked an appointment with the Service Department to have the issue looked at.....appointment was set for a Friday @ 9am.....car wasn't looked at until Thursday the following week! Received a call from service rep Lori that the issue required a new display screen.....total parts and labor $1050.00.....agreed to have repair done. Received a phone call the following Thursday that the display wasn't the issue it's now the radio for an additional $1600 + labor. So I basically gave this dealership $1000 plus was without my car for 2 weeks only for the issue to not be resolved due to a misdiagnosis which I'm on the hook for! I don't mind being overcharged at the dealership as long as they actually fix the issue, but I feel like I just made a donation to this dealership due to the fact my original issue was never resolved!

I recently went to Healey and learned they are very untrustworthy. I bought a catalytic converter with their parts department when installed and service with healey they informed me that the part was no good. However, they felt at they were not responsible for the part and was not going to warranty the part that is suppose to be warranted. The manager Matt began to smirk and smile because he didn't care and told me to do what ever i have to do because his policy is the Bible. SMH. I am now filing serveral complaints with nys and the corporate head quarters if Chevy. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

If you care for your car, and your car isn't shifting right, I highly recommend the transmission flush as conditioner gets added with the replaced fluid and works really well. Times has changed, where we used to drop the pan and replace the filter, but I must admit the new technology is just as good, been a mechanic for 40 years and this treatment made my transmission feel like it's new.

I would give them a zero but you can't leave a star blank. We brought our truck to them on July 13th for a recall. Now today August 16 we finally picked up our truck. They gave us one excuse after another, they didn't have parts, they didn't have techs, well I'm sorry that's not our fault. So they did the recall for nothing because it's a recall and they have to, however when I told someone there I didn't think we should be charged for the service of something else on the truck or I should be re imbursed for the truck payment i had to make while we didn't have it for a month, they were supposed to talk to someone and apparently never did because we were charged $200. We will never bring our vehicle back there again or buy another vehicle from them and that's sad because I really like my car we bought from. So if I were you make sure they have the parts and technicians to do your job. Otherwise you may be waiting a month and they'll just say oh well.

First and last time I would ever use Healey Chevrolet in New Hampton, NY.!! I had my 2017 Escalade Cadillac towed to Healey 2 weeks ago as my car wouldn't start. Finally, after repeatedly calling Healey to find out why my car wouldn't start, the service department said that I needed a new fuse box and cable and I promptly gave them my approval to fix my car. Today, I went to pick up my car and noticed that my my radio, navigation screen was broken, the screen was in perfect condition when it was towed into Healey, being very upset, I asked that the mechanic repair the screen since he clearly broke it. I left the car at the dealership, hoping that in good faith they would repair the damage. No such luck, as the Service Manager Matt told me he spoke with his mechanic and that his mechanic said he never touched the screen and no one even entered my car. - Now this is a shout out to all you "guys" who fix cars...... since I am just a girl who wouldn't know about cars - because we are just girls!! -But, I feel this is a fair question - wouldn't a mechanic have to go into my car to make sure it starts after replacing the fuse box? -And another fair question is when you as mechanics are finished fixing a car do you or someone drive the car onto the lot afterwards - or does it magically just appear there? In conclusion, all you smart girls out there- trust me don't use Healey Chevrolet- unless you want to be disrespected and treated unprofessionally.

My Mom decided to get a new car. She kept saying that 'This will be the last car I buy, I want an aqua one', which is her favorite color. We were to numerous other dealers, one even said we don't make aqua cars - there was one in the lot outside. Some dealers would look in their computer and try to find something to match the request. We went to Healey, Daniel was patient and kind enough to search out an aqua car. Well, it's a beautiful car and the price was right. Daniel is the best. He walked us through the process, which was painless. Mom is happy with her car. If you need or need a car or truck, make your first stop Healey Brothers in New Hampton. And make sure you ask for Daniel, and tell him Amy and Hope sent you!

I just purchased a 2023 Silverado and the customer service was great my salesman Tom U was great to deal with and he is not only knowledgeable but he worked with me and when I changed the timeframe on the deal he was very patient with me. Always a smooth transaction with Tom and Healy

Was given an appointment for 8AM on Tuesday April 4. Dropped vehicle off the night before. I called the service department at 330 PM on Tuesday 4/4 and was informed they didn't even bring the vehicle in the shop. Service advisor "Brian" promised me a return call before he left for the day . I informed Brian that if they didn't get to look at the vehicle that I was going to pick it up that night. Never got the call from Brian. Then I called at 630 pm and spoke with Chris in their corporate office . He assured me that he would call back before he left for the day and make sure I could get to my vehicle. Never received a call from Chris. Drove to Healey Chevrolet at 9pm to pick up my van and it was in a locked area. How nice . I live an hour from Healey . They just lost a customer .

If I could give these losers a negative review I would. Where do I begin... (here goes a condensed version of the situation) ..my boyfriend purchased a brand new 2022 beautiful, shiny silver Silverado in august of 2021, and By December it started having issues that they could not diagnose. This continued with zero resolution, and is still continuing! He dealt with Laurie there who is USELESS! He has called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager and no one has called him back! He has called Chevy who were little to no help! The long and the short of this review is.... Stay clear of this dealership because if by chance something goes wrong that is beyond their level of knowledge (which doesn't seem to be much), you'll be stuck with it!

If you're out of state- do yourself the favor and have your car towed back home if at all possible. I learned the hard way. But, it also made me appreciate - and I always did- my dealer back home. Got towed in. Took a week and a half to finish. Charged me $100+ to diagnose something that could be seen within 3 seconds by anyone and I told them what was wrong. Actually had a mouse make a home in my truck while it was there. Charged me WAY over LIST PRICE on parts. Never in my life has this happened before. They blame COVID for everything. When the car was done- components were not tightened when put back together. They left a large tool in my engine bay right next to all the pulleys that I noticed after driving home on the major highway at high speeds. Imagine the damage that could have happened- and they would have said- wasn't us. Prove it. Oh And communication/ updates / call backs absolutely sucked. So yea- never again.

Brandon was excellent with helping me trade in my truck and with the purchase of my 2021 Silverado Trail Boss. He was easy to communicate with and got the deal done in just a day! This is my second purchase from Healey Chevy and I will continue to use them for my truck needs!

We purchased a new Tahoe on Long Island. We drove to Washingtonville for a family wedding, and when we arrived at the hotel our vehicle died. It was 2 months old! Onstar Roadside Assistance called 2 other dealers who were closer, and neither was able to help us. Steve at Healey said to bring it in first thing in the morning, which we did. Their service area is run like a well oiled machine! While they looked at our car, their shuttle service brought us to a local diner for breakfast, and picked us up when we were done. Everything was done in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Everything was going so well...my saleswoman Maggie was awesome. Super responsive and helpful. She's the only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1. The options with vehicles are limited to "packages" way to much. You can't have this without that, you can have this but you can't get that etc. So I finally find a 2021 Chevy equinox I like. It has a black grille, emblems, and wheels. We find out you can't get all the interior options I want with this exterior package. Now I'm unsure what I want to do. Maggie informs me about ordering accessories and I end up getting a different 2021 equinox and ordering a black grille, emblems, and mirror caps. After waiting weeks for the parts to come in and getting to the service dept I get checked in quickly and begin waiting. After an hour and a half of waiting my service rep comes and tells me there's a problem. The grille that was ordered does not fit my vehicle. As a matter of fact there is no alternative grille that can be purchased. I ask how this is possible and the service people have no idea....they didn't do the order they simply are tasked with the service(which is true). I take my issue upstairs to a sales manager and explain how long I had waited just to find out this part doesn't fit and that part of the reason I purchased this particular vehicle was the ability to replace the grille with one I wanted. He's apologetic and seems genuine. Then he starts changing the subject and when he leaves the office to get some info I really he was trying to distract me. When he comes back he informs me they will send me a check to refund me for the part(it was rolled into my loan as part of the deal). I reiterate my frustration with this whole process and the waste of my time. He begins to try and divert my attention. Realizing he has zero intention of compensating me in any way for their mistake I leave his office and head back to service. This experience shows me just how little they care about their customers. How they manage to not realize there's no alternative grille for this vehicle when the service guys can see that is beyond me. Once you sign on the dotted line they could care less about you. Next time I will shop elsewhere for a vehicle and I will urge others too as well. It's unfortunate cuz I have dealt with some great employees there but at the top they couldn't care less.
