How do you close down an entire post office for an hour and a half??? I understand people need to go to lunch but people can't even get to their PO Boxes! Ridiculous!

Nasty lady in front, no help to the customers asking questions speaks under her breathe!! I usually use the post office in Lodi nj which is 5 times as busy and they are pleasant I stop here In ny because it’s by my house but it won’t happen again just nasty unpleasant lady!!!

To start off if I could post less than one star I absolutely would. I tried calling this office legitimately 10 times a day the 4 days leading up to my passport appointment to see if they took passport pictures there or to bring in my own. I ended up bringing my own as I got no answers. I showed up to my 12:00 scheduled appointment that I took off work for to be told no one there could process my passport information the person was only a temp. The temp proceeded to tell me someone should have called to rescheduled which is funny because no one even answers the phone there. He was in disbelief I had an appointment questioning if I was at the correct location and I had to show him my email confirmation. STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Try scheduling an appointment at Middletown instead.

Good luck calling this post office. I've attempted to call and locate a missing package for two days now. The phone just rings and no one picks up. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

The employees are always very friendly but my mail is lost all the time. I have my mail so it scans in to see what I should be getting and a good chunk never makes it. I am always filing claims.

Horrible service! 1 person working the post office and the phone is left off the hook all day. I get mail placed into my mailbox that isn't mine and on occasion don't receive my mail or my packages. packages sometimes are stuffed into my mailbox and hanging halfway out because their too lazy to drive down my driveway. I've made complaints but nothing changes

The worst! Mail delivery time is not consistent, one day it's noon, the next is 6 pm. Occasionally they don't deliver for days!! I receive other people's mail, who knows who is getting mine. Ugh. What can you do? And yes staff at the counter is rude.

They don't have a huge selection. Just the good stuff. Perfect for travelers who enjoy a bite to eat.
