How do you close down an entire post office for an hour and a half??? I understand people need to go to lunch but people can't even get to their PO Boxes! Ridiculous!

The employees are always very friendly but my mail is lost all the time. I have my mail so it scans in to see what I should be getting and a good chunk never makes it. I am always filing claims.
