I purchased my RAV4 Prime from this dealership. Very smooth and zero pressure from the salesperson. No price gouging whatsoever. I never had the vehicle serviced at Johnstons, so I cannot comment, but the purchase was hassle free.

Cameron Montanaro is an amazing member of your service department! She is kind, patient, and has incredible customer service. She is pleasant and helpful every time I call for service and is second to none at Johnston.

Beware, stay away from this dealership!!! Very unfriendly!!! I went in to buy a car today as my car died. When I walked in there were three people behind the desk, two looked busy and the third looked up from his cell phone and said "Hi" and then returned to his cell phone. Assuming he was on the cell phone busy with Toyota work I proceeded to walk into the showroom. It is massive. I witness three sales people at their desks humped over on their cell phones. I am eighty yrs old and get tired easily. No one came and welcomed me and said "How can I help you?". Very unfriendly. It seems wherever we go no a days nobody wants to work. I left and went to Healy Chevrolet. As soon as I walked through the front door I was warmly welcomed at the door with a very nice gentleman. Now, that is what I call customer service!

I'm huge on giving reviews for businesses in the area I live in. Not sure what all the hate is about ? Maybe we need to have time with the car to see what everyone else is complaining about ? I will say Brian is a great salesman. If you're ever going to buy a car no matter if it is new, certified preowned, leased etc. ASK for Brian if you can ! The way he made everything so crystal clear and making the process of getting my aunt out of her old baby that she's had for over 10 years was a great transition. I liked the way he did business so well that he made me want to switch over from my Honda to getting a Toyota lol. Very very Great person ! The place is cool calm and collective and never forget if your going to get a car the best time of the year is at the end of the year or beginning of a new year! Kevin the finance manager is great at his job as well very cutt to the chase doesn't beat around the bush it was a great experience overall thank you !

This has to be the worst Toyota dealership. Rudest workers and does not care about the customer and just their commission! Rushing for you to make a purchase. Whoever is in charge needs to get a whole new set of workers in there and have a diverse team for a diverse community.

Went for a test drive on a Tundra and when the "salesman" found out I wasn't buying that day he sat on his phone texting, playing games doing something except trying to change my mind about my timeframe regarding the truck. He was rude to not only me but everyone that was with me. That's not how you sell a vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

First I will start out that I usually get a survey via email or text after my appointment. This time I did not. Was it due to the fact that Karen at the service department was rude? I think so . We had an exchange of words. First she gave me wrong keys and told my car was on the side . There are 2 sides . I didnt find it had to come back get right key and then she said claimed she did not say that . She had a tone and I told her "you have an attitude" and I asked what is your name "Karen " and points to sign. I said "I can't wait till I get the survey . "Needless to say I never got it. Why? So here I am on Yelp now. I plan on calling the dealership questioning why they never sent me their survey ... can't be selective about what your customers have to say. Usually I am very happy with the Service Dept not this time .

Made an appointment, lady on the phone wasn't nasty, but she wasn't pleasant either, just a bad feel for making an appointment. I've been dealing with them since 2006 and it just seems different as years go on, after my appointment I'll come back and let everyone know the experience, I'm hoping we can push another couple of stars forward on this, We can only go back one.

Had oil changed on Monday had to go back on Wednesday because of oil leak after I got home.They said it was overfilled and corrected it.The waiting room no longer has coffee or the 2 TVs on anymore for customers to pass the time.

Negative 10... they don't own up to their mistakes... even when you purchase the gold package... Don't waste you time or money in this dealership. They tried blaming a baby for these scratches.. hes 29lbs.. need I say more? Yes, yes I will also we brought the car back to they can finish what was owed and returned it with a deep gash on the back bumber. The reason why we came in the first place was for them to touch up a simple few paint issues on the side and hood of the car. Where does the bumper get scratched in all that? And if it was there already how come proper protocol was not taken and pictures or documentation of the issue was not PREVIOUSLY NOTED??? HMMMMM?
