This company put our 1st pool in 32 years ago. Yep! The pool lasted that long. Just installed a new pool for us and we could not be more pleased! On time, cleaned up, and had a hardworking team. Highly recommend them!

Best place to buy a pool and u can have them set it up for you. Winter spring summer fall makes no difference.

Used them so often when they were in the Playtogs plaza in Middletown. Were there literally several times per week to test water and buy supplies and accessories. They always seemed kind and professional, never seemed to be scammers (like Royal Pools but that's a diff story). This went on for 6 years no problems, whatsoever. Last year we needed a new liner. We called them because they were our "go-to" place and we trusted them! End of August they replaced the whole liner, pump, filter, added a $400 ladder, etc. This was a lot more money than we budgeted for but they convinced us it was a worthy investment to just change everything out. I was working from home with a jam-packed schedule so I couldn't check in on them when they installed everything. They said I had to have a plumber come out to turn the salt cell on. I found that strange because we'd never had to do that before but I was so busy I didn't have time to ask questions. I will say they said the whole install would take 4 hours. They completed it in 2. I thought that was great until I went to go see their work after they left. I realized the stairs were assembled but not in the water. they said once the pool was all the way filled they would come back to put it in. Sounded weird but I've never had a whole new pool essentially installed before. When I called them to put the ladder in, they were less than pleased apparently to even do it. I called several times AND stopped in to ask them to please complete the installation. Two men came out, did a half-assed job. It was later in the season and summer of '22 was not warm enough to swim into Sept so I didn't even realize that they put the ladder in the pool but never put sand in it. They simply put two 40lb bags of sand on the bottom piece so the ladder would stay on the bottom of the pool. These $400 steps were not only NOT installed properly, they were also missing two of the four plugs for the holes where the sand was supposed to be filled -_-. Here we are a new season and the wall where the intake jet is attached is pulling away from the plug. Pool won't hold water above the skimmer so we can't run the filter. I've called twice already and no answer. This whole job has been a nightmare. I'm terribly disappointed in them and their aftercare lack of customer service. To water test and buy chemicals, they were great. For installations and customer service I would implore you, DO NOT HIRE THEM Almost $3000 and less than a year later we have a pool that isn't functioning properly. What a scam and terrible, uncaring customer service.

Wee have had pools my whole adult life. My experience with Pools Plus has set the bar very high for anyone else. Their knowledge and client interaction is suburb. The staff is respectful, and diligent at their job. After job was done, we were encouraged that we were not alone if we ever needed anything. This was such a pleasure to have Pools Plus serve us. After opening my pool this season, I was having a problem with the clarity of my water. On each visit to the store, the ladies were very professional and knowledgeable as they worked to help me solve my issue. They also exhibited great patience as they wrote out step by step instructions for me as to how I should add various chemicals.When the water didn’t clear, Dylan himself came to my home to check out my pool. He immediately diagnosed the problem as being a crack within the filter. He came back the next day and replaced the broken piece and made sure the filter was running well. He then advised me how to proceed for the next several days with water testing and cleaning of the pool. Where else does one receive such personal attention?I can’t say enough good things about the employees at Pools Plus or the owner himself! Thank you so much!

Called them 3 times they said they would be at my place on certain days, not a call no show, I believe that’s very unprofessional, you would think they would want business but I guess not my kind. At least give your customers a call and let them know you not coming.

Pools Plus, You guys were truly amazing to us. We did the worst thing a client could ever do and changed our order a week before install. In the very least, you could have pushed back our date. Instead, Dylan was incredibly gracious and patient. He moved heaven and earth to get us everything we wanted just in time to have our pool ready this 4th of July. It took countless calls and emails but you did it.We had contacted a few places before choosing Pools Plus, even paid for multiple estimates. A few were nice, a few were plain rude, and there was even a red flag we ran from.We were so happy to finally speak to Brandon who didn't make us come in to the showroom or pay for another estimate before answering our questions. By this point we knew what we wanted and left a deposit over the phone. Dylan helped us with the final touches and came by a few days before install. He took his time going over the process and building a rapport, just getting to know us really.Install day comes and it was incredible to watch these gentlemen work. The resemblance is clear. This is a TRUE family business. Meticulous, neat and detail oriented, we were at ease watching the professional craftsmanship on display.When Dylan came by afterwards to make sure everything was to our liking, we were surprised, frankly. People don't do that. Once a sale is complete, a service is rendered, many companies will move on to the next account. Only a person who provides a quality product and values long term relations will do this.Its 11am on the 4th July and we have been in our gorgeous, saltwater, heated pool for nearly 2 hours. This company was driving over 50 miles per hour in a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25. Box truck and pickups pulling backhoes. Kids were playing outside and everything. No respect would not use.
