As a loyal and repat customer with this dealership, I decided to purchase a car. The salesman was personable and friendly but when we got to the point of discussing the price, he had to get his manager ANDREW RODRIGUEZ'S approval. I really loved this car but he only moved $500 off the price. It came out to $34,913. I told the salesman if he could get the price to $34,000 I would buy it for cash right then and there. Again he checked with ANDREW RODRIGUEZ and the answer was no. So I thought I would talk to and try to reason with ANDREW RODRIGUEZ. I asked him if we could take off the $913 and he shot his head back in disgust and said "that's a lot of money"! I agreed and said, "so is $34,000 the dealership would lose if I didn't purchase it". I then asked ANDREW RODRIGUEZ if he was going to let me walk away because of $913 (mind you it wasn't the money, it was the principle. I still would have bought the car either way!) but the way ANDREW RODRIGUEZ responded to me was so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and CONDESCENDING. Saying "Yes, I'll let you walk, all day EVERY day!" It was then I knew that this UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT & BELLIGERENT manager (and I use that term VERY loosely) had no interest in dealing with a repeat customer. I am now going to a different dealership for my next car purchase. I highly discourage anyone from doing business at this dealership. They only have a poor rating for a VERY good reason and I am positive that ANDREW RODRIGUEZ is one of the main reasons!!

Brand new 55 thousand dollar Murano leaks from the sunroof and I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment while it leaks IN THE WINTER! Thanks Nissan/Kia of Middletown. I, nor will any of my friends or family buy from this dealership again.

I rarely write reviews other than food. But I am so pissed! Bought a 2023 Rogue and it does not come with a home link or garage door opener on the rearview mirror. The dealer did offer to install at their "cost" for $350.00. That's for a mirror! Youtube has the install process, you pop the old one off put in a new one. The cost for a new mirror is $150.00. The dealer should do the right thing and install it at NO COST! If the dealer does offer it at no cost, I will update my review.

Just traded in my car on a 2023 Kia Sorento. The service at Kia of Middletown was wonderful. And my sales rep was AWESOME! I highly recommend you go see Matt Destefano. He was so helpful, has a great personality, very down to earth and not pushy at all. He did everything he could to make sure I left in my new car that day and I did. Thank you Matt.

Never trust this place. I would buy a car here either. Was charged an arm and a leg for work they said needed to be done. Week later the same problem occurred and was worse than before. I got pissed and decided to take my vehicle to a dealer in Jersey. They found the issue took me to the back while my car was on the lift and showed me what the issue was. I told them that Nissan of Middletown told me they replaced all the same components that are at fault. Jersey looked at me and said noway they did that. Printed out what they found and told me to take it back to Middletown to have them really fix it. Did just that and guess what, Nissan of Middletown now says that no, they didn't pull a fast one and that I just needed a clamp. Lies, lies, lies! I know this because when the Jersey dealer showed me the faulty part you could see the rip in it. I argued then just wanted my car back at this point. They even lied and said they washed my car. They did not But they sure did scratch my rim! stay clear of this Nissan scam shop of Middletown. They are running old school city tactics on folks. Shop of horrors!

My experience started by being told they didn't have what I was looking for when is was actually on the lot and then when I looked at the car and saw there was a sticker error (their price was lower than the msrp )they didn't want to accept they made a mistake and fix it or even work with me on the price when I called them out all of sudden the car was sold. Against my better judgment I put a deposit down on a different car. When I called them to tell them to return my money they claimed they did when they actually didn't and I then had to make a trip back into the dealership for them to refund my card. As I was waiting for them one of the salesman who saw me pull up (in my new car from another dealer)had the audacity to ask me how my new car was. Customer service is horrible here they clam they don't have a general manager when I asked to speak to them so I will never return there and i hope you don't waste your time like I did !

this is how they treat service members that serve the country I have a recall on my truck called them They have and no part to fix it horrible service. The person that works there name is Joseph in service very disrespectful. I will not buy a car here ever or get service. Should go spend your money somewhere else. Plus we’re talking about an airbag driver-side like they can’t replace it. we are talking about multiple peoples lives that they playing with. I would give them a -5 for the service. ??

I've leased 8 cars from them. This last lease had heated seats. 2 years into my lease my battery kept dying. Come to find out that my heated seats were an aftermarket install unbeknownst to me and was causing the battery to die. They told me I'm responsible to pay for the repair even though my car is under warranty. I had to take it to another Nissan dealer to diagnose it because every time I called Middletown Kia Nissan they told me they had no technicians and that it would take at least a week. I can take my car anywhere. I want to have it repaired so I took it to Kingston and they repaired Middletown's mistake. I will never buy another car or lease another car from them. They have THE WORST salesmen and service department EVER!!!

Great bunch of guys Jerry was the best he just retired we now deal with Andrew. He helped my daughter by the perfect rogue this thing was loaded and she could afford it they made the numbers work put a great deal together and she left happy hard to find a car at this time but they made it happen thanks

I'm done with this dealership service area. Condescending and told it would be an hour or so and three hours later my oil change was done! Figured I'd give them another chance and called first and was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours. When I goth there, it became 2 1/2 hours for their supposed "express" service! Lol! And the "fat" guy just smirked when I said they quoted me an 1 1/2 on the phone! Go anywhere but this place for service. You will be glad you did! They really dont want your business
