I received excellent customer service. There was frequent communication between the staff and me, they made sure I knew everything that was wrong with my vehicle and checked with me before performing any services. The work itself was great and I will definitely be taking my car there when it needs service again.

For 1, I couldn’t believe how fast he got the work done. Secondly he was so professional and Courteous. He treated my truck as if it was his. I was leaking carbon monoxide, and he wouldn’t even let me leave the shop with my truck in that condition. He does it all! I would recommend to anybody looking for great sufficient work. Five stars is truly not enough- If I could give Maxx Automotive ten stars, I would! I was recently left stranded without a vehicle to get to work, and after a ton of stress and crying, I decided to check them out after passing it a million times. I can say whole heartedly that they have a customer for life. After explaining my situation, Kim was more than accommodating and helped get my vehicle in there on the same day. Which as we all know, is unheard of in almost every service shop! Not only that but John worked tirelessly and even stayed open late to fix my vehicle and get me back on my feet (and back to work!) THAT SAME NIGHT. I have never had an experience like this- professional, empathetic, kind, and thorough. The pricing was also phenomenal, which was an added bonus. John and Kim, if you’re reading this..thank you. The absolute only mechanic to see for my cars. John and Kim are the kindest most honest people I have ever met. Such a talented mechanic- and they do everything to keep their prices low. I have two new cars now with free service from the dealership and I wouldn’t even think of taking them anywhere but here. Check them out- you absolutely will not be sorry.

I have a jeep Wrangler that had suspension and steering issues. It also had a leak of unknown origin. It now drives perfectly. no leaks either. All at a very reasonable cost. Done MUCH faster than than I ever expected. It is now our new favorite car repair place

This place is the best fairest / Honest shop anyone could ever go to for anything big or small, John and Kim are very respectful. They fix things nobody else can.. If u haven't Been there u will never be disappointed. Located right outside of Middletown on county route 12.
