CES is a top notch company Mike Taylor has been extremely generous to us here at the SPCA in Rock Hill. He consistently helps out at the drop of hat when out system goes down, and has been donating propane for the fur babies to stay warm for many many years. I switched to CES at my home in Goshen also, and am very pleased with the service provided there also Great family owned business

We just moved into the Warwick area and have found combined energy services to be extremely helpful with all aspects of setting up our new home. I was especially please with the customer service provided by Viv who helped us establish our new account.It is so nice to have a phone call answered and very helpful, capable and professional people on the other end.

As a new customer to Propane, it seemed so confusing to navigate. I reached out to customer service a couple of times already who answers the phone right away. Today I was helped by a wonderful agent named Viv. She helped me to understand the process of billing, delivery, and mostly made me feel so at ease about choosing Combined Energy to heat our new dream home! Can't say enough about Viv - so helpful and kind and spent extra time with me so I understood everything. Thank you Viv !!!

Reviewing only to thank Jamie DeFrank for getting my long list of issues squared away. She is great! Jim Sisco is great as well. That being said, never should have experienced the issues I had in the first place. On a positive note, propane delivery/level has been great.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a bunch of crooks. Avoid them at all costs. They make you pay for a certain amount of propane each year weather you use it or not. Mild winter? Doesn't matter. You owe them a certain amount each year. The only company on the planet who hasn't gotten the Go Green memo.

Horrible customer service. When they are supposed to come out they don’t show up and instead of calling you they send an email. Then when you run out they charge a 50 extra fee. They are just very difficult and unorganized. They say they can’t give dates to go out because they can’t get in touch with dispatcher. Just several excuses. With all the companies offering propane I recommend you use someone else, I certainly am.
