Reviewing only to thank Jamie DeFrank for getting my long list of issues squared away. She is great! Jim Sisco is great as well. That being said, never should have experienced the issues I had in the first place. On a positive note, propane delivery/level has been great.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a bunch of crooks. Avoid them at all costs. They make you pay for a certain amount of propane each year weather you use it or not.
