Easy to use! I used the trip planner feature to plan a 4 day road trip (one way). It was easy to add stopovers and the site gave me a list of hotels to choose from on my route. I was able to look at each hotel and book from within the site. I also got directions for the whole trip. When I return, I will use the site again to plan a different route home.

It was very Bad? when I booked my hotel I booked A king suite even call the hotels front desk before booking to make sure I could bring my dog. I didn't want any surprise when I arrived. Oh but did we get one big disappointment they charged my card then wanted me to sign I didn't have a pet I told him no I do have a pet he said he didn't show ant pet on his end I sow him my reservation on my phone it showed my dogs name weight and the room I booked and I showed him on my phone were I had called the front desk and even spoke with them he then told me the only rooms they have for pets are regular room with 2 full beds no hot tub balcony and he would have to move me to one of those. I asked for management he said there not available I said you can surly call one its Friday 3pm main check-in time. I either expect a refund or moved to a hotel or room with the same value as I paid for. It took the law having to be called before he gets ahold of a supervisor and issues refund that will take 3 to 5 days to be reapplied back to my card. Then I had to find another place to stay. This was the most unprofessional hotel experience I've ever been through. Never again for us!

God does answer prayers. She was awesome. My 81 yo mom and I will be driving from Margate Fl. to NY with 2 cats and a small dog. She was so patient and kind in helping me find two hotel accommodations along I95. ??????

Easy to use. When we we're looking for another hotel after the one we had booked was less than desirable, we fortunately found a much better hotel with ease on a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend.

It is nice to have a place to start when looking for pet friendly hotels. However, users should note that just because a lodging takes dogs, it doesn’t mean they will accept any other type of pet — cats for example. You should still call and verify, and definitely put your pet type under special requests. Thankfully, because I did that, one property I had booked with called me to let me know they didn’t accept cats and referred me to another location.

Were moving across the country and of course are bringing our cats with us. I was simply dreading the research and calling around to see what hotels would take the kitties. I stumbled on this site in my searching and what a find it was!! Not only could I put our entire route into the planner, it let me add the pre planned stops we had already worked out. Then with a simple click i could see which hotels took pets and in particular cats!! Book marked and will be my goto. To put a cherry on top to book the hotel room was a single click away and they took care of telling the hotel we were coming with pets!!!

It was easy to book and I could get my dog out and back in easily. A little more designated area for pets would be nice. My dog went behind some bushes at the side of the parking lot to do her business. Yes, I picked it up, but the lighting was poor and I had to pull out the flashlight option on my phone to make sure I got it all. A little more lighting in where you designate the \\\"dog area\\\" would be very helpful. Thank you.
