Great local hardware store alternative to the big box retailers. I go here for anything specialized or Benjamin Moore paint, which you can't get at the big retailers. Staff is helpful and nice. Open on Sundays.

Don’t bother wasting your time going to this Benjamin Moore! Their paint mixer gives you the wrong paint color! The sample they gave me was a grey paint with label called silver statin OC-26. I loved the color and decided to buy 4 gallons worth of paint at the Nanuet location. Apparently the grey color that the new city location gave me was not silver statin but an unknown color (more like a cream color). When I went to New city to explain my situation, all I got was “I’m sorry”. No refund, no credit! I spent over $200 on 4 gallons of paint that I thought was grey but apparently not. Beware!!! Not all Benjamin Moore’s are Benjamin Moore’s!!!

Very helpful and honest staff.Not only were they not looking to upsell me something, they actually recommended I purchase something much less expensive that what I originally came to buy, based on the tools and hardware needed for a particular task. I will shop here again.
