Customer service at the counter is always great!
Sunday delivery of my package, that was marked as unable to deliver because no one was home, when we have cameras, and no one came… why do that??? Scan the package as arrived at the post office and then actually deliver it the next day. Completely unnecessary. Then it says I need to follow the instructions on the whatever was left, and of course nothing was left because no one had ever came. Do better!

I bought a shipping label online for $20, label said package was 10lbs. Person behind counter weighed it and said it was actually 11lbs. She charged me $45 for 1 extra pound, bad customer service.

Jonish Mathew had 5 star service !!! I got lucky coming Friday evening with short lines. He answered all my questions about certified mail and a read receipt.

The staff at our local PO's are all very nice and friendly but there is no concept of Customer Service from Management: lines are allowed to get ridiculously long and no one thinks to open a 2nd register.

Overall, excellent service. Sure, sometimes a line if only one employee at counter, especially lunch hour or early AM. Friendly staff ??

I run an Etsy shop and mail letters and packages on a regular basis. I went to this post office at least once a week and I never have a problem with them. They are nice people working there and always being helpful.
