“My husband is a cigar smoker along with my dad. I bought my dad cigars he really liked. So came back the next day. The woman not only remembered me and I bet they get many customers. She remembered brand down to the two types from the brand. She even remembered my husband’s brands as he came with me this time. Both visits she showed me each type that are close to shape my dad likes. We have gone to much bigger cigar stores but something about the small shop feel and made to feel welcome makes a big difference. Definitely our go to when it comes to cigars.”
