I have used this business twice to purchase trees; delivered/planted. I can say the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They carry high quality products & have a great selection. The first 3 trees they planted years ago are thriving and as tall as the house now. I had an additional two delivered/planted by James & Walter. Both gentleman are an asset to the business. They took the time to complete the hard dig (roots & rocks) and got the job done. They made suggestions and took real care planting them. Thank you James & Walter! Now I must say the business is very pricey but you get what you pay for (quality/service) & it’s local vs. the big box.

Excellent selection of plants, trees, garden tools and pavers. They also sell BULK Topsoil and Black and Natural Mulch. Wonderful staff (shout out to John). Highly recommend.

Excellent experience purchasing some Norway Spruces. Called in advance and the individual on the phone was able to answer all the questions I had. Upon arrival, they showed us them in the Nursery so we could pick out the exact ones we wanted. They were then promptly delivered the next morning at the time they promised.

The worst customer service ever. Answers to my questions was I don't know google it on your phone. I was planning on spending at least $500 on plants and with that response they completely lost that sale and any future business. I will never go back there. Knowledgeable and courteous employees go a long way. This place should invest that.

BeauTiful garden nursery with a large selection of pots, garden fertilizers, mulch, soil, stone, pavers, trees etc. etc. You need something? You'll find the BEST here. I noticed a large stock of plants as well as many other specimen trees, shrubs and annual/perennials as well as gorgeous mums for this Fall season The staff at Suburban are smart and knowledgeable about gardening issues from landscaping to problem solving as well as pavers and block. Just ask. I can't believe I've literally driven by this place many times and didn't realize the complete gold mine of garden inspiration and supplies were within it's beautiful fence. Plenty of parking means your car is near and safe while you "get lost" inside this vast paradise. Enjoy! This is a very good nursery. It has lots of different trees, plants, and flowers. The trees are extremely healthy and the selection of Liberty Stone, TechoBloc and Cambridge is unparalleled. Love that! For example, during one visit we were looking for Green Giants to line our large driveway on both side and the staff helped us pick out the most beautiful trees. We been here several times and made lots of purchases. I am extremely happy with my purchases and especially love my latest one of gorgeous river stone. You will be hard pressed to find a top quality nursery with reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Oh, not to mention the owners Granddaughter who greets everyone as they come in, with a big smile and little wave. You can't find a better family business.

Been going here for years. Professional and courteous service. Always getting great deals. Got my pavers and wall block measured to the square footage without waste. I found great quality plants and specimens that could not be found anywhere else. Friendly service, prompt deliveries, and technical advise.

The service at this nursery is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. They were hours later than the promised time, confirmed appointments without writing any details and were of little help and service once the product arrived. There seemed to be zero communication between the workers and people at the facility, and between people taking the appointments and management. Multiple people including the owner were extremely rude and nasty and provided no help or answers to questions. Unless you plan on walking into the grounds, buying something that day and leaving, and are planning to do it completely on your own, don't go here.
