I used to use this gas station all the time, but I haven't been back here in quite a few years until today. I had the same seamless, easy in & out, no issues experience, that I used to have any time I came to this gas station to get gas. When I came here today though, I did notice when I went up to the window to pay the gentleman in the booth before pumping my gas, the gentleman was extremely pleasant, kind & soft-spoken.

I have been working in retail for the last 30 years and was always told to be polite and friendly to customers. During a recent visit to Stop&Shop in White Plains -and probably my last one- tha cashier was completely indifferent, I said hi to her but she never answered I also said thanks but again not response from her. It was a bad experience and it is not the way to make customers wanting to come back.

Stop and shop in new city used to be my favorite store. Clean and always has a good selection of items. Lately, it's gone downhill. Today was the last straw for me. The majority of the cashiers are not friendly at all, they don't even say hello. Last time I was there a few weeks ago the cashier let all my bread and chips get crushed by the other food coming down on the belt after it. Today, the cashier watched me pack all my own groceries and just stood there, I'm MOs pregnant. I've honestly had it, will be looking for a new place to shop.

I a bad experience in there... I park my car at 7:43.by the time to get out from my car, it was 7:43.. I reached out to put my credit card, it said close.. I beg the guy .. He did not give a change.. I will shop in the anymore..

Perhaps unfair to review a place during the Covid-19 pandemic, but this store has not adjusted as other areas stores have. Very, very limited supplies on so many items. And with higher prices, as others have mentioned. Also, although certain safety measures are in place (one-way aisles, disinfectant spray available), there is no monitoring as I found in other local grocery stores. In all fairness, I did shop during the earliest morning hour, so perhaps the store was operating on limited staff. This store has the potential to be a great asset to the community. Just needs to make some adjustments.

This is a very lovely store to shop in. Wide aisles. Good lighting. No loud music blowing your eardrums. You aren't tripping over people and stuff jammed every which way. However. Their meat department is pathetic. Take a look at the other markets around and you'll see their selection of meats takes up an awful lot more space than there is here. It's pretty limited considering the size of the store! Also their bakery department is worse. Can they at least carry Italian bread that isn't as hard as a rock and undercooked? In fact most of their hard breads look like someone pulled them out of the oven before they were actually baked. They are doughy and HARD. How is that possible? After I buy what I want I have to go to another store to get a better selection of bread, meat, and baked goods. Have wanted to post this for a while. Sure wish someone would change things there. It's not great to have to shop in two different supermarkets just to get the quality you want.

Great selection of natural and organic foods! Their store brands have an extensive selection of very specific brand name items. This is one of the only nice stop and shops in the area, wide aisles and nice shopping environment. Their prices are a bit higher but I would definitely pay more to shop here than ShopRite down the road. Stop and shop abs this location mainly seems to be up to speed with technology implementing different ways to shop in store. One thing I do not like at about this location is the fact they never have enough cashiers. They always seem to close the self checkout registers by the customer service, which is inconvenient
