Since they changed to Webster nothing but problems. The manager Luke Germain must have had no education on customer service. Left the bank after being a customer for over 20 years. Due to Luke.

hour long wait times to call their help number, online banking is horrible, just a very backward bank - only reason i stay is all my cards and direct deposits are there.. soon as i have time to switch , i am out of there.
