They have all of the equipment I need as I continue pulmonary workouts for lung function and strength training. Very pleased. Very clean and no loud music. I see staff cleaning a lot.

Take note when canceling your membership, it is also policy that you cancel it 30 days before your annual fee will be charged. I canceled within 13 days of my annual fee being charged, so they still charged me an annual fee for a gym that I'm not going to for the next year. In addition to that make sure you keep note of when your annual fee is going to be charged because they give you no notice for the renewal, and no notice that they're going to be charging you an annual fee.

Retro Fitness New City is my favorite gym. I go there in the morning and greeted by a great staff (Mark). All the other staff are also welcoming and pleasant. Although their most of their equipments are a little outdated, they are always working and kept clean by staff , in addition their TV channels are quite good.I always see staff checking and dusting equipment. I hope other Retro branches will follow their lead, remembering that staff plays an important role. Congratulations to the Team . I will always recommend this gym to
