It was most outrageous haircut I ever had. I came to Nicole's salon because it was the only place that did not required advance booking and had no waiting line. Another warning sign she did not accept credit cards, only cash and personal checks!. I gave Nicole a few photos of haircut I wanted and she said she can do it. She actually did not look at pictures. I had to take my eyeglasses off and could not see the progress of her work. I asked her a few times if she cut my hairs according to photos and not too short. Every time she laughed 'You are so funny'. It was really horrifying at the end. She cut about 2 inches shorter on sides, 1 inch shorter on the top and left quite long at the back. But Nicole enthusiastically clamed 'You look million times better!'. It took 3 months for my hairs to grow long enough so I could try to correct it. I don't know who wrote 5 stars reviews for this salon, but I certainly don't recommend it.

I had a ginger color in my hair and I wanted to go back to brown and she applied the dye very poorly. She didn’t section my hair and apply the dye properly. My hair turned out very spotty due to her not apply the dye by sections. I’m not happy with how the dye was applied.
