When I first made a purchase, it wasn’t made clear to me what the return policy would be. When I called to ask about the return I was told 14 days over the phone. I drove to the store to make my return. The girls were not very clear. The one girl became aggressive with me and gave me a hard time about the return instead of providing good customer service.

What an absolutely delightful first visit today. I needed to replace my mask wardrobe and Rachel enthusiastically helped me. Our conversation was personable and friendly and full of chemistry. Rachel listened to my wishes and needs as a fashionable plus size middle aged woman and she went above and beyond in finding me two of the most adorable casual and chic tops. Thank you Rachel.
