I am very satisfied with Honda-Medic. They are honest, friendly and very reliable. All of the repairs I’ve had on my cars, including one with 144k miles, were made properly and quickly. I’ve brought my cars in and asked for a service to be performed only to receive a call saying the service isn’t needed. Nor do they nickel and dime you. Can’t recommend more highly.

First time customer and was very impressed. Came in with my 2014 Honda Civic for an A1 Service check and a headlight bulb replacement. I went early Monday morning and there was no waiting list, so the job was done in 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable, there was no sudden upselling of other services which always happens when I go to a dealership service center, and was able to cancel my Uber ride to work. Highly recommend!

Very polite and expedient service. They give a complete breakdown of the work done one your car. We have used them numerous times over the past few years and we have NO complaints whatsoever.

I came here last week for a second opinion based on google reviews, and I'm glad I did. The local Ford dealership told me the repair cost to fix my car issue was $8,000 (no lie), however, after bringing my car to Honda Medic, the issue was resolved for under $400. Crisis averted. Thank you, Honda Medic. You've earned my business!

WARNING!!!!
FIRST TIME CUSTOMER
Receptionist is extremely rude. Refused to allow me to even speak to the mechanic.
‘He’s busy’ (its been THREE DAYS)
Spoke with them on four different occasions of what work i wanted done, over a period of two weeks. she refused to let me speak with the mechanic each time, then when I came in with my car, had no interest in listening to what i wanted done.
Got my suspension replaced against my better judgement and is now making more noise than before and she still refuses to let me speak to the person who actually worked on my car.
Spent $590 and I havent spoken a word to the mechanic.
She then quoted me $600 for a $200 part and 10 hours work and $1200 for a job that takes no longer than 2-3 hours.
Also they burnt out my clutch. Was slipping only slightly when i brought it in, barely made it home when returned to me.
My car is now worse than when I brought it in.
And I still haven’t spoken to the mechanic once.
Terrible service. Dont go.

I had a flat tire this morning. Not sure how I was going to make it to work or get around thankfully I found this place and they were pretty quick in finding my issue quickly and repairing my tire. I really appreciate their quick attention to detail and willingness to take me in. Thanks so much guys! I will definitely be coming back for future services as I see fit.
