The merchandise is as old and outdated as the women and their racist views. They each had a pound of makeup on and looked like they were ready for the morgue. Their perfume was the bouquet of a funeral parlor. Time to throw in the towel, grandmas. I’m normally not so rough but this is appropriate after the way I was treated.

I have been shopping here for decades and cannot praise the staff or the quality of the merchandise enough. The staff has always been extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their recommendations have always met my needs and I would highly recommend the store,

immediately upon entering we were treated with passive aggressive attitudes directed towards us. they kept hovering over us as we were shopping. we were not even in there for 5 minutes before we were told we’ve been there for too long, not to add the prices were crazy in the clearance section. they said they were closing soon which wasn’t true because 2 minutes after we left they were greeting other customers with open arms that were higher class. and they hit us with the snarky comment saying “you already looked there girls, nothing new, i think you should go.”

Horrible customer service, felt targeted and unwelcomed, Ladies were making rude comments towards me and my friends and were rushing us out. Definitely won’t be going there again. Seems like they only like certain classes of people and it’s 2022 we shouldn’t be discriminating anyone based on age, color or looks.

Just walked in and was told if I was looking to buy something as they were closing even though on the website they are closing in 30 minutes. Too bad! Terrible customer service!

The customer service isn't that great to everyone..... I came in with my daughter and she didn't even ask or say anything to us just ignored us. I could sincerely say I felt offended since I am Hispanic and everyone else who walked in who she helped and acknowledged was.... u guessed it.

The service and selection at Dusty Rose is terrific. I was in need of a Mothers Day gift that could be easily sent wrapped and sent across the country with a personalized card. Lisa, the shop owner, happily picked a selection of perfect items, offered to FaceTime me to show me everything so I could choose the perfect gift, and went above and beyond to wrap and send the gift out. She was a pleasure to work with and a perfect reason to shop this local store. As good as it gets!!!

Follow up on orders you take from customers. Worst customer service and the staff is not so friendly even when they are wrong. Not going for the third strike, I consider myself out now.

Gave this place a second try after many years ago being treated very rudely, which I told them and they were shocked. I needed a certain size, they did not have it and said they would order it for me. It should take about three weeks. I stopped in about five weeks later and they looked in book and told me it hadn't come in but they would check on the next business day and call me. Needless to say that I never got a call so I stopped in again (about 12 weeks from original order date). Guess what, they recognized me and looked in book again and said no it is not in yet. No explanation, no I'm sorry, just they will call me. I finally said never mind I got them online already. Nothing has changed with this place, I will never shop here again.

THE WORST! These women should work for Guantanamo Bay interrogating and tourturing terrorists! I called and asked if they could help me with a bra after my lumpectomy (for breast cancer surgury) and was encouraged to come in. I went in and explained to an employee that my doctor wanted me to wear a tight fitting bra. She tried to convince me that what she had to offer would work, but hey had nothing for me. She kept showing me the opposite of what I needed while she barraged me with questions. I answered the first few questions, but she continued to carry on an on asking questions about my surgery and she kept asking over and over why my doctor told me to wear a tight fitting bra. She kept saying that she didn't understand why. Finally I politely and quietly asked her to stop. She screamed at the top of her lungs for me to leave. I tried to talk to the owner and she did the same. Disgusting!
