Would not recommend. Impossible to get a real person on the phone and they don’t value you as a customer. My house was burglarized and I reached out to Don by phone and email in regards to my coverage and he never called or wrote me back. There are much better agencies to work with. Allstate is decent but The Don Castaldo Agency is a prime example of a company that just wants to take your money and forget you exist.

I love the company. Rachel is fantastic and a huge asset to the office. I’m completely loyal to her as she has always been honest and helpful. Melissa Evans office is fantastic and so is she.

They respond to my questions when I call. They are never evasive but genuinely try to resolve customer's concerns. They see their customers as important people. Their professionalism keeps me as a customer.

I never paid much attantion to insurance, except the cost,, but when I needed them, Allstate was terrific. I was involved in a minor traffic accident a few years ago. Allstate was friendly, responsive, and fair. You can't ask for more. More recently, Donald Castaldo helped us find the least expensive umbrella policy as well. We happy we are with Allstate.
