Would not recommend. Impossible to get a real person on the phone and they don’t value you as a customer. My house was burglarized and I reached out to Don by phone and email in regards to my coverage and he never called or wrote me back. There are much better agencies to work with. Allstate is decent but The Don Castaldo Agency is a prime example of a company that just wants to take your money and forget you exist.

I never paid much attantion to insurance, except the cost,, but when I needed them, Allstate was terrific. I was involved in a minor traffic accident a few years ago. Allstate was friendly, responsive, and fair. You can't ask for more. More recently, Donald Castaldo helped us find the least expensive umbrella policy as well. We happy we are with Allstate.
