I have been coming here for years and they always do good work but they completely ruined my curtains this past week. The backing is completely chewed up. When I came in to talk about it, the owner got kind of loud and said well the curtains are very old and that's why it happened. He said he knew it when I picked them up. I asked why they agreed to clean them and he said they didn't know when I dropped them off. I asked what they could do for me given that I have been a customer for decades. He said "nothing"! "Curtains were old!!" No refund, no store credit. It cost $100!!!!! I told them that this was my last visit. What an awful business man!

Dress was from1983. Looked like new when I opened the box on 5/2/2020. I'm donating the dress to "Angel Gowns" for babies to continue their journey home. This was made possible because of your preservation of the gown. Thank you ?

Very nice friendly family ran place. just know you have to ask for starch. also i thought they charged a bit much for pants but it hasnt stopped me from going.

Dan Allen Cleaners destroyed 5 of my expensive dress shirts this year...all 5 shirts were torn on the right side, mostly near the right shoulder.
Today the owner paid my wife only $75 for only 3 of the damaged shirts and refused to pay for 2 more shirts that were also badly torn near the right shoulder.
For 30 years my family has taken clothes to Dan Allen Cleaners. We have spent thousands of hard-earned dollars there.
We will not take any more clothes to Dan Allen Cleaners...they have lost a good customer due to poor service.
