You can order your prescription at 8 am and it still won’t be ready at 8pm. By far the worst in Rockland county. They don’t start your script until you pull up to get it and then say they are rushing it and to wait 20 minuets. Place is terrible patients who depend on time imperative medications should look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

An indian guy who work on May 21, 2024 around 10 PM is beyond RUDE.
He used his computer at the very back of the clinic and (yelled) asked me my first name, last name , DOB together with WHICH PRESCRIPTION I WANT FOR TODAY with an attitude that he did not want to use his energy to work for anybody.
Well, someone needs to teach him that if he still wants to work in the medical filed, HE NEEDS TO KNOW THE PRIVACY OF THE DATA OF THE PATIENT.
PDPA policy needs to be in his mind AT ALL TIME!
I just be there to refill my prescription, ended up with I have to yelled back at him so loud with my personal details including the prescription that I use. Are you serious?
Do Everyone in CVS need to know my personal information??
Im pretty sure he break all the patient’s private policy today. And as per his behavior today, he probably do it regularly
Im sorry your job is not that tough compare with any other non-medical job.
If you have a bad day just stay at home.
Dont go out to work for money and treat people like this.
I will make sure he is going to get what he deserves.
I will report to board of pharmacy.
He probably forget that his license comes with responsibility.

You can't say you're a 24 hour pharmacy if you close for lunch from 1-2:30pm. This is a ridiculous. They put the orange cones blocking the drive through at 1:05pm. No other businesses let everyone go to lunch at the same time. Breaks should be in shifts.

Jermaine was the cashier that helped me cash out. He was very helpful and willing to help me save as much money as possible. Jermaine also signed me up for your extracare program which helped me save some money. Overall, Jermaine's customer service was spectacular. I had a poor customer service experience earlier in the day at the post office, and it is a good feeling to know that there are good people out there like Jermaine who care about their customers.

I am immediately removing my entire family from CVS pharmacy. They never know what to do, always confuse insurance cards. They never have the decency to call if they need further information from the patient and or the docthen when you return to pick up your prescription they tell you is not ready!!!! After 5 hours of waiting!!!

My daughter and I take the same medication. It's a controlled substance and it must be picked up on the day you take the last pill from the previous prescription.This month, my daughter and I are both short pills. I was sick and had a medical procedure so, I didn't take these meds on several days. I should have 4-6 extra capsules. Instead, I am not going to make it to pickup day. My daughter's ran out a few days ago and she has been without.I called the pharmacy and asked for the Manager, who got nasty and hung up the phone. So, I called the head office and reported this. This is when I noticed that this manager's name is on both bottles of medication (mine and my daughter's) as the person who filled it!!!This manager could have offered to review the video that the pharmacy has to watch the meds being filled. He did NOT even suggest this and probably thought I did not know about this.What is the likelihood of 2 people using the same drug (different doses and a controlled substance) and in the same household being shorted by accident? It's ZERO! Since I know CVS probably won't investigate, I am filing a complaint with the organization that oversees Pharmacies in NYS. Maybe this will get their attention. Anyone can file is there is misconduct.

Terrible staff, terrible service, terrible attitude. Nobody will help you with anything they will not give you service. They were just playing with their phones a whole entire time. Watching social Media Only good thing about that location is that they are open 24 hours.
