This post is in regards to Debra Gay. I was a buyer for one of her listings and she was extremely unprofessional and pushy. She threatened to pull our deal if we did not sign the contract by 2pm on a Tuesday when the offer was only accepted on that previous Saturday. We had no time to review the contract or do any due diligence. I personally believe she was motivated to sabotage my deal because her backup offer was her buyer, leading to double commission. It was clear what she was on a mission to do. Beware of this shady realtor and if her broker is allowing her to behave this way, then shame on the whole office. Debra should lose her license for interfering and causing me a financial loss. This is why realtors have a bad reputation.

She took the time to explained the process and I immediately felt confident she would find the right home.The previous real estate company was a horribleexperience. They were unprofessional and arrogant!Whether I buy or sell, Joan G. Whitman is an excellent realtor and will ask for her services again!

Bullying tactics. Tried forcing our hand at only doing business with them when there was no legal recourse saying we had to. When we explained this we were belittled via text. Very professional!
