To give this practice one star is even more than it deserves. As someone who works in the medical field I was turned away before I even saw the provider. I waited 40 minutes in the room until I saw the midwife who in my opinion completely ignored all of my concerns and racially profiled me while having a snarky comment to say about my religion. Not only was the patient door open for part of the visit, but when I shared about a unique pain I am experiencing it was brushed and ignored. Besides for all of this the nurse that came to take my blood didn’t use gloves for half the time while prepping to take my blood and then only used one glove without sterilizing their hands after touching all of the cabinets.
So to say least. Stay far away.

Having been a patient of this practice for over 25 years, this practice will not reimburse me for an overpayment since November 2023. I had to go to take this practice to Small Claims court in New City NY in March 2024 and no one showed up to represent them. Of course the Judge ruled in my favor and now almost 30 days after the judgement Highland Medical has still not paid back this overpayment. Next week I will have to go to the Sheriffs office to try to secure this money from Highland Medical. Just an appalling situation with NO ONE from HM in charge.; and NO ONE seems to care. Dr. Feldfogel was informed of this situation and said "of course you should get your money back" but to no avail. The staff is so rude and incompetent it is extremely frustrating. Run, do not walk away from this office.

Never and when i say never bother going here. Dr Fitzpatrick takes days to get back to you, the office hasnt answered their phone in years, they go through answering services like yearly checkups and the admin there are always promising things they cannot commit too. Poorly ran practice. I'll also add 3 different pharmacies said to switch doctors.

This place has consistently showed no effort to take care of its patients. I received blood work and other testing for an urgent issue, upon which I was told that I’d hear results of within a day, max 2 days. It has now been 9 days, the results have been back for a week and yet no one will look them over, despite my calling several times a day requesting them to. I’ll never use them again.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Brow Zer… and his comments about the office staff, and not being able to reach anybody in the office except an answering service who themselves cannot reach the office…

There is a reason why so many 1 star reviews. Called in for a prescription to be updated and told "we are too busy, we will call you in a few days". Totally not acceptable for any Drs office to say you're prescription can wait when they are the ones the prescribed it in the first place.

What an absolute shame this practice has been since they sold out some years back. Dr. Fitzpatrick is amazing as well as Dr Odowd however it starts with the phone systems where you can't get an appointment! Then the blame game goes around on whose fault it is. I have had to go into the office to make an appt where there are none! The staff is rude at best! No one seems to know what's going on and the practice that took these Drs years to build is being destroyed by hiring incompetent employees!

Absolutely horrific office. Been a patient here for years. It’s worse ever time I have to deal with this office. The drs are great. The office is appalling. They are absolutely useless and will hinder and delay anything you attempt. They 100% use a call center. Do not believe for a second they do not. They claim they just switched over. I called and got…a call center. I asked them to connect me to the office because I was tired of using them as a middle man and not getting anything done. They can talk to the office but YOU can’t. Explain this to me. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have been without my prescription for days now, scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they call me telling me THEY need to reschedule. The appointment is in 2 days. Go anywhere else. Go to an urgent care. People on here say it’s not optimized for elderly people. It’s not for ANY PERSON. Going here you are putting your health at risk if you have any time sensitive medications because this staff DOES not care. The office workers will yell loudly personal information across the whole waiting room. I am finally done. Dr. Fitzpatrick is a fantastic dr. It’s a shame his practice is bottlenecked by the people they hire. I saw someone on here claiming there is no call center. Call them and ask SPECIFICALLY if they are in the drs office. They are not. One of the callCenter reps tells me they can’t transfer me to the office, but somehow they can connect to the office. So why can I not speak to them. They then said they’re phones don’t work. But the call center can get through….curious. They just don’t want to be bothered to look up your chart. Imagine what they’re doing (or more accurately not doing) regarding your health.

Have been with this practice for nearly 30 years. Recent location/office changes have made me decide to leave a one star rating. I have been trying for the last 5 days to get my prescription renewed. Left information 5 times with office and have yet to hear that its been refilled.

We have gone to doctor Fitzpatrick for years. He is very caring and tries to get to the problem right away. His office staff we feel deserve a very low score. We have called twice recently with a question and the calling service said they will let his nurse know. Both times we never received a call back. The practice has nurse practitioners but I do not see any nurse listed but no nurse is listed has nurse practitioners

Office staff is horrendous. The front desk especially, the dark haired young lady is the worst. She talks down to patients and is just nasty. The office is not setup for the elderly. Wait times are ridiculous. If you need to use the restroom you can’t use the one by the main desk, so why not put a sign up that says “Not for Patients” instead you get a nasty response from the front desk.Overall not a nice facility.

THIS FACILITY IS ALSO KNOWN AS HIGHLAND MEDICAL Really just a horrifying experience from the doctor that I see to the care I receive. I had the scare of my life from this doctor when nothing was wrong. He makes mistakes and then trys to cover it up. This one doctor speaks down to patients like they are garbage and will send you unecessarily to all different doctors and want to run all kinds of tests when nothing is wrong!. I go the doctors that he recommends me to and the doctors and on four occassions have told me that it was unecessary. I have been seeing him for the last two years and this doctor really needs to acquire professionalism and learn to listen to his patients. You dont ask a ptient if a medical student can be a part of the visit with the medical student standing right there. Then he talks about you like you dont exist to the medical student. No respect for your time and they scedule appointments and the doctor doesnt see you until one hour later.You will also see this level of unprofessionalism with the office staff. They speak down to you. When they were at another location, I was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor and in the next room, you heard one of the front desk staff gossiping with another staff and the office manager goes around speaking down to everyone. Wonder where all this dysfunction comes from???? Instead of sitting around gossiping and treating patients like garbage, spend the same time actually talking to patients, giving thier lab results on time and get patients in and out within a normal time frame or at the time of thier actual appointment, not 1 to 2 hours later.
